A bit of my P.E history
My P.E has never really taken off due to not getting any alone time to use my bathmate
Always felt rushed in the bathroom when flat sharing.
Previously at my mums she didn't want me pumping In the bath.
I'm back at my parents for the time being and have just brought a vacutech thick walled elliptical air pump.
Will be using it infront of the tv once everyone has gone to bed.
My stats are 5.2 inches erect length and 4.5 inch erect girth.
That is the only device I will be using along with any stretches and jelqs I should be doing. So hoping you guys can chime in and tell me.
Can someone advise me on a routine I should be doing for maximum gains?
Also I realise I am back tracking a bit but at the end of the day I do own 2 bath mates.
I used to get quite bad sperm chord pain when pumping and I think I was over pumping.
My erect length is 5.2 and my bone pressed erect length is 6.2.
I was pumping to 6 inches in the bath mate and could not go any further because I had too much lower abdomen pain.
Can someone also advise me if I ever get to use the Bathmate again how far I should be pumping too if my erect length is 5.2 and my bone pressed erect length is 6.2???
I would like to gain 1-1.5 inches in erect length and 1-1.5 inches in erect girth.
Is this doable?? Is it doable with the vacutech I just brought? If so please advise me how??
I need to gain in both length and girth.

I've already purchased a bathmate Hercules and a bathmate X20 but could never get the bathroom time to keep it up constantly and I've just now purchased a vacutech.
I am committed and I do believe it will work but I'm getting disheartened as it's been around 3/4 of a year since I brought the Hercules and have never been able to use it.
And I've shelled out a lot of money so far and I'm praying that I see the benefit as the end result.
Hope someone can advise me.

let see you are 5.3x 4.5 yep i think you can gain an inch BM is mostly for girth,Bathmate hardcore stretches can help you out check them but you have to stay consistent if you want to see gains.

when the bathroom is not available get a bucket in your room can be messy at first lol

and if you want to see if you can get lenght check the newbie routine...stretches whit rotary cranks..

As of how far should you pump, listen to your dick, you'll only master PE by listen to your dick.

There's 2 kind of pain

1.pain from your body exercising,exceeding its limits,setting new boundaries!
2.real pain, you're fucking something up, stop!
Trust me you know the difference!

I mean painless is never gonna be! no pain no gain! try to play around on where to place your pump, only you'll find where you like it better, but pain it's gonna be there!
I mean pubic area pain from pressure, your dick should not hurt! If it hurts stop and lower the pressure, go slow!
PE IS PROGRESSIVE, one day at the time!


And your gains are more than doable! But it has to be every day, not somedays!

I'll be doing mostly the newbie routine and throw in the vacutech each night.
Sooo...
In the morning: 180 stretches and 2 handed stretches.

In the evening: 15 mins vacutech followed by 300 jelqs then back in vacutech for another 15 mins.
Cement gains with 30 mins in a cock ring straight after pumping?????

How's that????

Also as my stats are 5.2 X 4.5 would you guys recommend focusing on length or girth first??
Or is my routine ok for hitting both length and girth together??

How long have you been doing this routine?
What do you mean by 180 stretches??

Read the newbie routine do that.
Add bundled stretches and after your lenght sesh to hold your lenght expansion use an ace bandage or pre sport wrap to keep your dick elongated. Read, incorporate http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...available-here.html?highlight=Uncle+jims+wrap

(It's the same principle of the cock ring.
The cockring its to hold the expansion from your sesh as much as posible! )

takeoff your wrapping every hour
Do 1 set of 30 secs behind the cheecks stretches and rewrap, do this until girthwork time.

Same with cockring after your girthwork dont use for 30 mins, use it as much as posible!
4+hours

Hopefully its not too tight
If it is, check its not constricting, should be able to wear without turning blue
And also should be able to have erections with it, if thats the case if its light enough
I'll suggest to sleep with it.

Also cementing only comes with training
If you gain well keep training till its permanent

If you want an inch dude your gonna incorporate all this.

180 stretches is my saying for basic stretches...the up,down,left,right, behind the cheeks stretching.
I hear what your saying mate but I work all day. Going toilet every hour and sorting myself out like that isn't an option unless I wanna get dismissed.
I'm just gonna have to do what I said and see how results are going.

Right I feel you, than don't.There's always options to keep enlongated bro, like 20 dollar sleeve.
But if you can't don't, but definitely do the newbie routine and bundled stretches. That'd be a great routine.

This is a recommendation I got.

They don't have to be the same size but them being the same size could help out, or even wear 2 of the same size and 1 that is a size smaller, this could help the divosuit not retract as easily. If I were you I would get either 3 divosuits (2 sizes the same and then one smaller) or you can get a LG hanger sleeve, I hear that these are actually pretty good and it is only $20 for 1 i believe. The other option could be to wait until the MOS sleeves come out

Time? Really? It takes no longer than 1 minutes to strap into the ACE and it is cheap as all heck.
 
I didn't say I didn't have the time, I said I'm at work all day and am not gonna keep disappearing to the toilet every hour to remove...stretch...and rewrap. I asked where I could buy a sleeve that I could wear all day?

You're going to have to look into silicone sleeves.

If you don't already have a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, get one right away. No matter how busy you are, you should be able to put in 20mins of LengthMaster session daily and then wrap your penis to heal in an elongated state for the rest of the day.
