All I can say is WOW! Loads of info on the site, yes there is tons here, but I am glad I bought into the membership. I like seeing the details and knowing where to go, and what to expect in later phases. Also helps me to get a more complete picture in my mind as far as how this really works.
DLD, if I am only interested in getting full access to the forum (i.e., I already have the DVD and I don't plan on buying any devices or suplements for now), which option should I choose? How much would it cost?

I have been trying to gather as much info as I can in my free time and I plan on signing up. Do I need all the stuff the first package offers right away or can i get by with the members forum or DVD?

It depends where you want to start. If you are going all natural exercise grab the DVD or Membership, if you plan on more intense work in the future you may want to grab some equipment since it is all on sale.
Thanks for the info DLD. I should of asked this question in my first post but i was in a hurry and didnt think of it til now. Does the DVD include any information/videos not available through the member site?

Both include the same information, the DVD does have some special features like interviews and such but video wise it is the same. The DVD is much higher quality than the website.
You should easily be able to, why would you not? We have no flash videos all videos are in Quicktime or WMP format which play universally, across all platforms.
I just ask because I can't view stillwantmore2 video on how to use the sg. My I touch apparently uses safari and I can't view this video. I can view videos on my regular desktop computer but not on my I touch. So my desktop computer is located in my living room whit all my family & no privacy to do the exercises. Any solutions?
