I am just starting jelqs (they are freakin awesome) but I have noticed one thing. I use the OK grip. If I apply more pressure on the top/bottom of the penis , I get more expansion in the head. If I apply the same amount of pressure to the sides of the penis I get no expansion.
I want to know where do most people apply there grip? Does it even matter? Should I just try for even pressure around the whole circumference? Sorry about all the questions, just want to maximize the exercise.

Also, give a try to rotating your grip around the circumference:Experiment with where your thumb and forefinger tips come together, most times it's around the very bottom (six o'clock position) of your penis. You'll find that by moving this point "around the clock" you'll produce different results with different positions. Depending on which hand you use, and how flexible you might just happen to be, you might just be able to grip from about 10 o'clock to about two o'clock. Plus- if you do any "stretch-jelqing" you can target anything from ligs to tunica and inbetween.
Give it a try & good luck!

The reason the regular jelqs are expanding your glans is because your finger tips are running up your corupus spongiosum (cs) which is runs along the bottom of your shaft. Regular jelqing really hits it, while v-jelqs will work your corpus cavernosum (cc's) which run along each side of your shaft more.

Thanks for all the replies. Hey rbi, Im gonna look at the v-jelq and do you think i should put that in my routine now or wait until I finish my newbie routine?

Definitely add the v's to your routine. The v's will hit your shaft's sides, the regulars will hit the bottom. Don't overdo them, go easy at first.

The V-Jelq or whatever you want to call it, is just your fingers and thumb jelqing the SIDES of the penis. The method you currently do is jelqing the TOP & BOTTOM of the penis. Penis is made of 3 chambers, 1 on the bottom and 1 on each-side. I used to always jelq the sides when I started way back in 2001 and didn't even touch top & bottom for a few years later and that was just from technique. Didn't have the internet or anything like this back than, so I was going it alone.

My advice would be to mix it up. On your jelq sessions just do a mixture of Top-Bottom and Lef-Right(Sides). You should keep the erection high, so around 70% at least but I have known members in older forums SWEAR by jelqing with a slight erection and even near flaccid is good for length gains, but take as that as you find it.

Another thing is keep a good tight grip and use a mixture of slow, medium and quick movements as you jelq. For head enlargement when you jelq, just hold right underneath the glans and squeeze like mad. It WILL hurt a little so dont be alarmed and you may see little spotty things on your penis shaft as it engorges to the max, they have a name but cant remember ... floating around these forums somewhere.

Good luck .. the Jelq is the backbone to Penis Enlargement, the grandfather of it all really.
