im stuck at 8.75 im trying to get to a full 9 but heres my routine its changed much since my ingunial hernia but i dont stop my goals anywho heres my current routine 5 min warm up then 1 min stretch then 5 min jelq then 15 min thickwall pump then 2 min jelq and then i put the strap on to cement my gains which has been working well but i really miss my extender but with the hernia its hard prolly just gonna wait it out till after the hernia surgery to put that back on becasue i was at 9 with that but lost some i think the extender would make me 9 in the first week i think especially since i already had that size at one point but HERE WHAT IM GOING FOR i want to add a 10 min jelq on the 2 days i typically take off to up the scales a bit is this safe so ill be jelqing 7 days a week but i take 2 dasy off from pumping and recently i starting doing only 10 min pump 5 days a week i see muchhh less red dots and shot more like a cannon now when i kegel inside the pump for a couple mins and only do 10 min pump followed by 5 min jelq and starting with 5 min jelq works better but should i jelq an extra 10 mins on my 2 dasy off to up the anty a bit ive been doing this for a very long time?! thanks Zaczilla
 
You got to get to 9¨ bro, thanks for the motivation now i gotta go PE time!!
 
You are only a quarter inch away from your goal. You can make back gain in less than a month. I suggest that you go to the SRT thread and read through it to find the fastest possible way to make gains. the length is all you're looking for it then I would dedicate all exercises to length.

Not sure what you mean. Wrap?

While your hernia precludes using a stretcher with a base ring, but it shouldn't preclude using a Hanger or Vac Hanger, which (with various heavy/light poundages) can be used for both length workouts & active healing in the stretched state.

One other thing to add, cos I've been 9 and trying to deconstruct that down to where you are now .. or lower, - Are you banging anybody with that or just shooting for a number on a ruler? Don't go too far just because it's 'an even number'. 8.75 is enormous.
 
yes i swear its 8.75 x 5.5-6.0 at base im 6.2 160 white lol mid 20's and i work out constantly but its winter and im stuck in school with no cardio practicly just got my insurance so getting my hernia fixed hopefully larposcopiclly ugh but yeah all i use to do was jelq since i got my first internet id jelq a lot i think i started in middle school but then i pumped a lot and tore soemthing between my foreskin and shaft like a paper cut but i made it through it and then i started jeqing again with a tension device and made huge lenght gains because i have ocd and was dedicated for 10 months straight! but i prolly did another 6 months off on top of that too but usually for only 4-6 hours but i hear you need 6-8 so i started stepping it up but somethimes it can be painful if your not patient any ways way ive been dealing with a ing. hernia for 3/4 of a year now or so and it sucks to work around but you gotta maintain what you got or you literally lose a part of yourself and it happens to some but yeah my only lenght strech now is 1 min a day or so lol and its winter so no cardio kinda hurting now im looking into srt again and yeah i have never gotten biggger inside the pump then when i was jelqing using a tension device and pumping in the same day kinda kreepy how big i was getting but i was over then im sureeasily i couldnt believe it but i just do a 3 min jelq by 10 pumpx 2 min jelq and im out of the shower in the moring now nothing special at all just a miantence routine but this past week end i did a 10 min jelq making it 6 on 1 off and i was liek a transaurious rex for the day at max potency maybe i should try 7 on no off and just 10 min each day i usually wwould be taking off anything to keep me going cuz i sit next to the hottest babes in every class and if the only knew although im sure they can prolly tell throguh my jeans but its all good i will get numbers! im working on these babes their fuckin hard and i jus got beamer i guess their intimidated or something who knows fuk it jus making a beast out of myself till i find one again
 
what a simplified version of srt for instance? like 5-10 min jelq then an 1-4 hours of traction then pump 10-20 min how much better is the water then just air ive forgotten since i used water with the air one it was an amzing sight i know that much but id imagine the bathmates design steals much of the glamour of visual water pumping becasue of the base design regardless it wolnt destroy your air pump so im interested in the extreme x40 maybe i should try an hour or so or traction tonight with wrapping the base with cloth or soemthing school helps with motivation but hernia kills it lol

I can see you were here on Tuesday. Have you gotten to 9 inches now brother?
