So I've been in the know about Penis Enlargement for about two years now. Initially, I tried the beginner routine for three months consistently (five days a week) to no avail. I then took about a month off and attempted to start up again, but this time increasing the stress of my workout. Three months, minimal if any gain. I then tried purchasing an extender which brings us up to the present. Since June, Ive been wearing the extender about six times a week. I've been toying around with different pressures and time and Ive found I can wear it the longest when I extend at about a centimeter or two past my current erect length. It usually settles on about 700-800 grams of pressure. I'll do this for anywhere from five to eight hours a day, taking about five to ten minutes between sets (anywhere from four to one hour). I've also started to jelq for about ten minutes after all the extending is done.

Long story short (too late), I really want to fight the god fight and keep going but after two years, no gains, and a lot of time, I'm not even seeing small signs that this is working. I'll take any advice, routine, etc., and give it a go at this point. Thoughts?

Sometimes it's like that. Perhaps you need to reduce the stress, not increase it. Some people's reaction to stress is to become stronger. This often manifests in the form of girth. Even a little added girth will make your penis much stronger.

On the other hand, perhaps you need to seriously increase stress. But I'd try the former first for a few months. The latter is a simple hanging routine which builds up in weight over time. This will work no matter who you are as long as you go slowly and build up the weight and technique over time.
