A clamp is like $2 at my local hardware store so it's not much of an investment lol. If that's the case, then you're good to go

Nope. You just need one and they're cheap as dirt. Here we have 2 hardware stores, Lowes and Home Depot. I went to Lowes and they just had a bin full of them in all 3 sizes so it only cost $2 plus tax. Better investment than any of the $150 hardware people on here use like stretchers and the Bathmate lol

Didn't know membership came with the power assist too now. Back when i first joined the forum all you got was the program and members only access, which you could get the dvd for free online and all the info you need is in the regular forums. Shit the SRT thread alone is enough to get you going

I hope he revamps it soon, the members only area is great and useful, unfortunately some of the video links do not work correctly, you have to locate them on the massive video page. I would also like it if there were more videos that were animated that showed several different angles, this would make it much easier to understand/see how each exercise is done.

The MOS membership no longer exist. It's free now. We have more advance devices like the length master, Silistrecher and the Mityvac pump.
