Manual and Penis Enlargement using devices such as extenders are different. Manual exercises need to have the gains cemented and a maintenance routine applied, where gains made with extenders tend not to need the maintenance routine. It all depends one what you want and the length of time you want to spend to attain your penile goals. Extenders seem to take a longer time, where manual exercises seem to achieve results in shorter time but require more hands on time. If you are looking to achieve girth, most believe that extenders achieve very little girth, but manual stretches as well as the Bathmate and other devices will help to reach your girth goals. In short, Penis Enlargement is permanent, but it depends on your level of dedication to reach your goals and the method applied.

i wouldn't call it permanent. i used to be 7" now i'm down to 6.5 with a rock hard erection

That's why I was cautious in my answer. Extenders make the penile tissue growth permanent when used. I wear mine for 8+ hours a day.

It's like lifting weights in that sense, most of your gains are permanent if you cement them, but you'll slowly atrophy some gains over time.

I suspect you need to keep up some form of maintenance regime - but there again I have gone 4-6 months with no Penis Enlargement and keep most of my gains.

I think the point is being missed.

The question is it permanent and the answer is yes, however sure you can lose 'gains' but those 'gains' will not have been what is dubbed cemented and become permanent, otherwise you would never have lost them. Once the penis has grown and that growth has become permanent it will not lose those gains, and the only time it would seem size has gone down is when we get older and less circulation down below or health reasons such as heart or maybe medications.

It often takes months for gains to become permanent. I have taken several year breaks from penis enlargement, comeback and I ain't lost anything. Stillwantmore is another guy who knows this is true, having also taken extended breaks and lost nada.

If you gain in lets say 2 months and stop it altogether, then yes you will most likely lose it but that isn't permanent results you had.

Listen, if you make your penis larger you can not reverse the process...be sure you want a bigger dick because it is very permanent.
