I've thought about adding another short session during the day. TO me it seems like constant stress to the penis seems to build more gains faster. I'm wonder what i should add and whether or not i should add another short session in a day. My current routine already takes over 2 hours! SHould I add another session in a day? IF i do what should that seesion comprise of? Currently my normal routine involves basic stretching, a 12 minute "bluewhale stretch" and straight out stretch, 700 jelqs, and some edging.
 
If you have the time, why not? I tell you my routines, I wear extender 6 hours a day include manual stretching after that I will do some girth exercises. Maybe you can do length exercises in the morning and girth exercises at night :)

If you are training for 2 hours already I would say that is enough time. What you may want to do, following your theory (and mine) of constant stress throughout the day, is break your 2 hours up over the day. Maybe 40 minutes AM, 25 minutes in a mid day session, and 40 minutes at night. This will keep constant stress on the penis all day. You may also want to work in a SizeGenetics Extender in on the hours you are not training.
 
Nothing wrong with doing it that way. I used to hang weights for hours a day. I had the time to back then. I have over the years though, come to prefer a more time efficient routine. I wear my Bathmate in the shower, then I clamp. I'm done in a total of around 60 minutes a day. That time includes getting erect, getting the Bathmate on, leaving it on for 10-15 minutes before I actually start my shower, showering with Bathmate on for another 10 minutes, removing Bathmate, drying off, getting clamps on, clamping. I know I micro-broke it down there, but just wanted to clarify things. What I'm doing for girth lately is giving me better gains than I've seen in a long time. Short, intense sessions. I'm not saying everyone has to do that stuff though. Many guys like the long, drawn out approach. ;)
 
well guys, i guess its time to add on to my routine! I'll think of extra exercises to do in the afternoons because i normally Penis Enlargement at night! Will update you guys!

i was going to start my extra routine today but i edged with �naked people movies� and got carried away and then SPLOSH! So i cant do it today =/ Is it okay to Penis Enlargement after ejaculating? I was thinking about doing my daily routine in about 12 hours from the time I came.
 
It happens. Wait till you can get erect again and have another go at it.
 
Haha, that's probably a more common issue than you would think. I don't think I could even begin to tell you how many times I've blown my load while trying to get prepped for some Penis Enlargement. It's almost demoralizing since it shows my lack of of self control. I usually wait an hour or so before attempting to go at it again
 
So I've decided to added RedZulu's length routine for sure but im not so sure about his girth routine as well as my extra session. I need to look into it more. Instead i want to do a routine that does not require vaseline to perform because i dont want to take two or more showers in a day to wash off the vaseline. I'll probably start his routine tomorrow!
 
Dry jelqs would be perfect, if ready you could do Slow Squash Jelqs dry.
