Argh! I'm pissed off. Since I've started Penis Enlargement I've noticed a decline in the quality of my erections. I haven't got rock hard in months.
Recently I've been having sex with this girl in toilets at my college (they're the only places available at the time I swear :s ) and I just can't get a fucking erection! I put this down to nerves mostly, because people are walking in all the time and at least one of us shouldn't be there. If we ever got caught we'd probably be out on our asses.

I had this problem and I think the solution actually is to kegal less. You might be tiring out your PC. Also try Plyos.

I think someone else said "don't do any kind of Penis Enlargement 2-3 days before getting pussy" and I kind of agree with that statement, especially with kegels.

I know that with weightlifting it takes me a good 2-3 days to fully recover (especially with high volume), so if you have done any girth work or serious jelqing in the last couple of days, you might be having the equivalent situation to working out like mad in the gym the day before a powerlifting competition.

Yah the penis is not a muscle, but when you do Penis Enlargement you damage tissue and it needs time to heal back to full.

Some people don't have this problem, but I have noticed that if I do anything more than a 1 day on 2 days off routine (generally I go 6-7 days a week), my erections are not optimal.

Just refrain from Penis Enlargement for a few days or even up to a week will fix this problem unless you injured yourself severely.

I am sure others more experienced in Penis Enlargement will chime in here, but not all people recover at the same rates as other people and it is easy to overwork your unit to a point where your erections can suffer a bit.

A good test for me if my PC muscle is overworked is the quality of an orgasm from jerking off. If you only really feel a hard pump the first couple of squirts and the rest of the pumps are almost like mini spasms, then it just means your PC muscle is way overworked. It is really hard to gauge this but this is just a sign I have run into.

I have had situations before where a gal I was seeing makes an unexpected booty call over to my place and I had just finished an intense Penis Enlargement workout and I am like "oh shit I am in trouble" so I feel your pain rofl

Thanks guys :) I might do more intense and less frequent kegel workouts, it'll probably make no difference at all but it's something to try at least. My routine is actually 7 on 0 off. I don't have any rest days. I do length one day and then girth the next and I kegel every day. That might be the problem.
Also I could sleep less. :p Sleep deprivation does wonders for your libido.

Well a lot of people will argue with 7 on 0 off, but I do know for certain you won't get maximum erections if you work out hard each day.

In fact, wasn't Supra going to take a year off from sex just so he could concentrate 100% on Penis Enlargement and not have to worry about extra rest days so that he could be fully pumped at any time?

Hm Shaz I hope everything works out well for you. I am not an expert on a subject but whenever I had some problems with boners I always took a couple of days rest. You should also review your routine. Maybe you are doing too much. I will not say to you that you must cut your routine to like 5 on 2 off. Try what works best for you. If you don't get those bonners there is definitely time for some changes.

Definitely cut back man, even a week off should improve your erections. Hell, its worth taking a week to find out right? Trust me, you dont want to be missing pussy at your age, you're in the "zone" now where its easiest to get :)

Whoops. Sorry guys, I'd been away. Thanks for replying.

Morning erections are infrequent these days. Back when the hormones were raging I'd wake up to find my dick like a rock, but now 60% is the most I can hope for. I can usually get a decent erection by myself though through masturbation.
It's gotten a lot better since I've taken your advice. I took a few days off and found my libido was much improved.

I'm prepared for some problems now though. Due to circumstances, I won't be able to see her for a couple of weeks so I'm back onto exercising every day just to explode my girth for when she comes back. Hopefully there'll be a difference, but it's already taking it's toll on my cock.
