Hey everyone,

I'm back after a long break. I stopped p.eing to heal up from strenous clamping and jelqing routines but after I did heal up I just stopped p.e.
It's no mystery,I got lazy and put p.e on the back burner. But in my defence,I have to say that It's wasn't easy sticking to a jelqing routine or keeping my dick fully engorged for 40-60 minutes a day in the clamp. On top of that I was starting to get desensitized to ���� and my whole p.e work out was taking up a lot of my time.


I'm thinking of starting P.E all over again. Who thinks I should start back using the newbie routine?
 
One other suggestion: You might try creating your own ���� in your mind. Create your own sexual fantasies and use them to get excited rather than ����. I'd say that ���� can be a HUGE problem. I do think that working a 40-60 minute girth routine everyday is a bit much. Back it down to say 1-2 sessions in the clamp and 1-2 days of light jelqing, say no more than 300 reps, that will promote positive blood flow and does not require a full blown erection. There are many ways to get around the pron conundrum, you just need to be a little IMAGINATIVE. Best of luck.

Yes, start up with the newbie routine and evaluate after 1 month if you should add something more or change the routine a bit. Since you are an experienced Penis Enlargement:er you know the limits of your dick, and know when to add more and push it even more.

try to get back at it as soon as possible...i find the longer you put it off the easier it is to not do it...when i say to myself i'm gonna start something on monday (the beginning of the week is always a good starting point) like going back to the gym...if something prohibits me from doing so...i will find that i won't start it the following day and before you know it another week has gone by...so get to it now.
 
You should schedule the same time each day for your routine(s) otherwise you will get side-tracked and several weeks go back before know it. Learn to take care of you sometime during the day.

Tomorrow I am waking up early, warming up and doing the newbie stretches ,3 sets,no excuses. I'm going to do my p.c workout during the day,then in the evening 300 jelqs at 50-80% erect, no excuses.

For the last week I've been gathering P.e items,I've got baby powder , latex gloves for stretching and plenty of vaseline for jelqing.

I also have been mentality and somewhat physcially preparing myself for the road ahead of me, e.g practicing stretches and doing some jelqs in the shower. On top of that I have 8 months experience before I quit last time. So I think this time around I'm going to have a better experience because I somewhat know the ropes and I'm not as wet behind the ear or scared of P.e.



It's 8x6 Villes for me gentlemen.;)
