Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum, and kind of a newbie to P.E enlargement, and have been doing P.E now for about roughly more than 6 months starting on Jan 1st of 2023. Now it's late 24/06/2023 where I am from, and my ideal goal is an 8-inch NBPL and doesn't really care about girth.

Here are my base stats, which I measured after started P.E. enlargement.

Jan 2023
Length: 6.3/16cm NBPEL
Girth: 5.3/13.50cm

Current:
Length: 6.9 - 7ish roughly/17.50cm to 17.80cm (However this measure can depend on erection quality.
BPFSL: 20.5cm - goal 23cm
Girth: 5.3/13.50cm

Future Goal
Ideal Length: 8 inch NBPEL
Girth: 5.3 I'm pretty happy with wanting more length.

Anyway, guys, I mostly got most of my information from BP, Peak Male Physique, Reddit, and other forums. I hang the majority of my length from hanging and bit of air pumping and hanging weights. However, here's my current workout.

Jan 2023 Hanged for about 2 hours and slowly 0.5 kgs per week

Took 1 month off from Penis enlargement in 2023 May and I think they are known as decon breaks, and started back up this month.


Moving on, since I grow about 0.7-0.8 in raw length alone. Could I possibly just keep using my current routine in theory to reach 8 inch NPEL or am I going to run into some problems. If i just keep hanging and adding weight. I know, I can't just keep adding weight forever. I have to think of something different in theory.

I don't really us air pumping anymore. But now my current work is doing weight hanging for 1 hour and just 0.5kgs of weight per week, but I'm thinking of including more time and air pumping to reach my goal.

20cm None Bone Pressed.

I'm currently hanging 8.5kgs/18 lbs off my dick. But, I know you can't just keep doing it forever any ideas or suggestions? I'm still fairly new to all this thats all.

no other manual exercises!
Pretty much yes, I did some manual exercises and didn't like it and decided to jump straight to hanging and gained about 0.7-0.8 in NBPSL and my erect length is very closely the same.

However, my dick is curved and I used a tailors tape measure and it's almost identical to my None Bone Stretched Length vs Erect Length.

I basically get a ruler and use Bone Pressed Stretched Length into the Public Bone to trace progress. If your bone pressed is getting bigger so is your erect length in theory.

But, I should include more air pumping in my opinion to increase blood flow and really expand the tissue.

Overall, nothing wrong with manuals depending on where you are starting out, but i prefer to get to it and grow to 8 inch if possible.

Basically I got a product called the "hanger" from Ben and I've been using it worked for me and I enjoyed it.

Basically here's what my starting point was.

I started hanging 2kgs as my weight and hang for about 2 hours and slowly increased the weight over time per week 0.5 per week.

However in my opinion you can't just hang for two hours a day with very heavy weight. So I shorted down my hanging time to 1 hour instead due to time and work.

However, I'm thinking of growing to 7.5 inch NBEL because realistically I dont think I can get to 8 inch. And 7.5 is pretty good enough for me.

Sometimes it's good to reevaluate your goal so you don't waste too much time. I was shooting for 9 inches bone press but now I want to cement 8.5 inches and I'm done with length work. I'm focusing on girth work now but jelqing and mityvac hardcore stretches are a part of my routine.

Well I want to get to 8 inch NBPSL and see what I can do.

Honestly, even if it's bigger then 7.5 like I don't know like 7.8 I'll be happy because it's big enough

You can get to 8 just put your mind to it and visualize that goal.
