This is one of my favorite Memes, but dogs face always makes me laugh my ass off.
 
For 1 month i've grown 2 CM in BPFSL on the newbie routine. Started 3 times a week now im 2 weeks in the second month and im doing stretching 7 days a week and only jelqing 5 days a week (im starting with 6 inch girth) My goal is 8x6.5 NBP which means i need to be 9 inches BP and i need to grow 0.5 inch in girth. Next month i'll start jelqing 7 days a week and stretching 2 times a day. The month after that im going to start stretching 3 times a day on the newbie routine. When i reach my goals 8x6.5 NBP i'll start using the SRT routine.
 
I know my gains aren't the best you have seen but guys m advice is DO THE KEGELS every day. My erection is so hard i swear if i hit a girl with my dick i'll probably break her neck. And they also help with PE
 
Second month in a row i 've gained 3mm in bpfsl!

Before i get too cocky, all i've done is match my peak of 188mm bpfsl i had in May 2016. So the real gains begin now. Uncharted waters lay ahead, let's go!

I have lost gains l just like other people have and the reason it happens is because the gains that were made were not cemented yet. In most cases men when they stop training will lose up to a quarter inch because it was not cemented yet.

The best advice to avoid this is to go a half inch past year goal size or keep up the maintenance routine once a week after you’ve made the gains you desire.

But in my opinion a maintenance routine is best because we want to stay in touch with their penis and we want to make sure we have good penile health. And as you get holder things change, EQ changes, pelvic floor muscle strength changes, we suppress and eventually we leave size. So for me it’s best to keep a once a week session of the Newbie Routine.
 
I don't really know why i lost my gains, but i did kind of go cold turkey on length work, and i'm embarrassed to admit i don't know exactly what a maintenance routine consists of. But i'm in gaining mode now. I'll focus on that for niw and figure out maintenance when i'm hung like an alpha male mastodon in mating season.

Maintenance is a very simple thing, it would be a lifetime commitment to PE. This commitment would be training once or twice a month for about 30 minutes to maintain gains and to keep yourself in top penile health.

I also think the mind body connection is so important to keep in touch with so when we do a maintenance routine were able to keep in touch with that connection, a connection that we created that so important.

So for right now if you’re in gaining mode then don’t worry about maintenance put every ounce of effort into getting to the size you want to get to. When you land on your goal will start working on maintenance.

One could think of an analogy of going to the gym for 1 or 2 years, then quitting and doing nothing.
Enhancing yourself and keeping at a good level of enhancement takes work.
Surely when you've cemented certain gains you can ease up a bit but keeping a good functional body is a life long process. Don't see it as a burden. :)

Exactly. For me it’s even more because I am here every day most of the day so it’s pretty much my home. I found that being involved always help people make gains so much faster.
