a guy asked me in my thread (check signature) on how i had grown. i made a long post and when i posted it i realized that his question is something that most newbies could use as valueable information.

so this is a copy paste of what i wrote. and i believe that there is some serious gold for any new guy who just came into penis enlargement and who doesn't know where and how to begin. and where to go from the beginning.

i got most of my size from redzulu's lenght workout. if you can't find it i have no doubt that the DLD beginner is just as good. but when i started i kicked it off with redzulu and he became my mentor.

so it is the obvious choice to use his workout then.

then after some time. i bought the extender which gave me a little more.

but i always went 110% tension in the extender the bars was pushed down so the spring didn't do anything anymore.

(i didn't research it probably) however that was when i went from 7 inches bpfl to 8 inches bpfl

then there was the bm, who came in. and it kicked ass on my girth gave me a huge spurt.

and now my 2 favorit tools are the LM and the phallosan (well currently i can't use the LM due to my operation)

i have been very slow in gaining. because of lack of consistency.

which is a shame because when i do workout regularly i grow extremely fast.

but i joined here in 2009 and before that i had been doing PE and been on other forums (untill i found the right one)
so i am somewhat of a veteran. and i can feel from the exercises that my tissue is growing. it will come with experience. i bet you DLD can do the same. most exercises used these days invented by dld is probably not something that have made him grow. but he can feel the stretch on the tissue and if it feels right or wrong.

and i can do the same.

the biggest limiting factor for me through out the beginning. was that i didn't believe in PE.

i went completely nuts with doing research looking up doctors opinions. etc.

and i kept measuring myself.

then one day i looked at my old measurements and my new ones and realized i had fucking grown.now i was so much caught up in the mainstream way of thinking. that even though my girlfriend made comments. and that i could see the measurements i was convinced that i had been doing somethng wrong (measured the wrong way in the beginning)

so i cam to the conclusion that i should do as much pushing. cheating etc (ofc without photoshop but just with a ruler and angles) and then note down that measurement (this is what we call bone pressured flaccid lenght)

and i fucking grew again.

it still took me some time to realize.

today i can't say i don't believe. i have seen so many people in here growing their best friend. that it would be ridicilous to deny the facts.

but it is the reason why im always updating new measurements with pictures.

i want newbies to be able to see my gains and believe that they can do it aswell.

i know you're asking me what tools i used because you want to find the fastest way to make your gains.

and please listen to this:

too much info is not a good thing.

it is better to follow a decent routine 100%

than to follow a superior tailored routine 50%

so find a realistic routine that you know that you can handle. and follow it like it is gods gospels!

what i would do if i where you:

make a progress thread like this one.
and take some good measurements (if you don't do them probably the first time you can't go back and make them again after you have grown)
take dld's beginner routine.
and follow it. if you feel like it. you can also use uncle jim's strapping technique. which will highly increase your results
now do this for 3 months. and update your thread with your workouts and problems etc. so we can help you.
after 3 months. measure (i have not seen anyone do the beginner workout 3 months and who has made a progress thread who didn't grow. it just doesn't fucking happen. those who don't grow is always those guys with 5 posts on the forum. who claims they have done it for 3 months with no results. and then we ask them their beginning measurement and then they reply: "whaaaa?") consistency is key!
so you grow for 3 months. and then you redo it over again.
at some point. the workout has done it's job. and you will have little to no results but you have already grown!
and it has cost you 0 bucks (except for the uncle jim bandage if you use that. which is like 5 dollars each package)
at this point. you will have experience in manual exercises. and you will have a basic understanding on what PE really is.

at this point do you wanna go any further?

some people got what they came for already.

if you want to continue after this. i will recommend the SRT protocol. now tools will be necessary so
here i will introduce some tools:

hanging: it works but you need to know what your doing as it is intense.

Lenght master: the lamboghini of PE this tool will introduce you to manual exercises x2 power. however as a lamboghini you need to learn to control it. ohh and the lenghtmaster can be used as a hanger aswell!

extender: put your cock into it. and let it stretch the cock for several hours each day. kick ass tool! and in conjunction with the Lenght master you have a power combo. those 2 works like bread and butter together. pull out new penis. and make sure it stays there all day.

phallosan forte. is what apple would have made if they made PE tools. it looks like something from a doctors office. it can be worn all day with no pain.it is very descreet with some loose pants and it can be worn while you sleep. i think this is better than the extender. but i prefer to take the attachment from this and put on the body of the extender to get the best from both worlds.

vlc tugger: tool to make the extender more comfortable. i don't have it so i can't say how good it is.

now with girth.

we have the bathmate.

this little water pump can do some fucking amazing girth work. it will make your cock fat as fuck. i have stopped for period with the bathmate as my girth was getting too big too fast (girth makes lenght harder to archive)

we also have penomet. which is a great pump. however they used to be here on the forum helping with questions. even promised us a max power gaitor (which should be hulk green) but then they disappeared and now the support sucks. and they seem to become slaggy with orders etc. so just to avoid the frustration i wouldn't recommend it anymore. i have one and i use it. but i prefer the bathmate.

now key note here.

if you jump out and buy a shitload of tools straight away. your not donig yourself a favor.

you see. what you do with penis enlargement is to stretch out tissue.

every time you do this. your tissue becomes stronger. which makes further gains harder to archive,

so by going full retard with let's say SRT. will actually not beneficial in the end for you.

yes you will have some gains. but they will stop and then you need to hang a truck on your cock to stretch the tissue. leading to injuries etc etc.

so less is more in the beginning.

and don't underestimate manual exercises! they are the foundation on any good workout. and i use them every workout to this day.
and they are an art to master in them self.

so. this is my beginners advise. and never be afraid to ask here. PE can be confusing as fuck and we will be more than happy to help newbies. this forum is dedicated to help eachother. and for us to help someone else grow is fucking epic.
