I really would like to see a hanging routine the DLD recommends, I want to know whether he is a believer in heavy weight for 20 minutes a day? or lighter weight for mores sets? or wat? he is a legend and id be honoured to hear from the man himself!! I have only just started hanging, but ive owned a Bathmate for about a year but haven't gained rom pumping. if anyon else can give me advice thatd be great too
 
Well my advice would be for you to do it smart. Hanging big weights is not bad, but you want to work up to these big weights. This is why people should start hanging at around 2-5 lbs and increase steadily. I am not a hanger (ordered my Bib 1 hour ago) but I have been reading these days and from what I have read (written by one of the hanging legends of Penis Enlargement) pain while hanging indicates injury and fatigue indicates progress. The steps that I'd take if I was you would be to take the tests, see what angles I should hang in, see what ligament and overall gaining potential I have and then consider doing anything. There is a lot of info around- just search for it. MOS is to me the BEST (of ALLLLLLLLLLL!!) forum of all, but I do not see many of our hangers around.

I am not the one that could give you the best advice, but I am just telling you some stuff I have read from people that are INTO hanging. I would love to hear DLD on this, cause he is the BEST Penis Enlargement GURU, but he is not around and none of us can get an answer. I hope he comes back soon :)

I've always hung in my Penis Enlargement career - gained 1.5 inches from it. I started with my own homemade hanger and gained most of my 1.5 from that. Then I bought a Bib and finished from there. I say finished because I stopped and then restarted but haven't been able to get any more gains. I have always hung at lower angles or BTC. If you subscribe to the LOT theory, then lower angles is best for me.

I have done a lot of reading up on hardcore hanging but can't seem to get my dick to be able to handle more than 17.5 pounds. Then again, I do it sitting down and that has caused pain and soreness. I may try hardcore hanging while standing to see if I can get my last .75 gain.

That's good advice, as I am relatively fresh off the boat as far as hanging is concerned, however I know what's a good pain and what's bad. :) Question. If I make your last .75" gain, do I get to keep it?

Yeah, and since DLD has been abscent for quite some time now- I joined Bib's to get some advices on hanging. There are lots of interesting stuff, my order has been placed and I'm just waiting for my Starter (if only the LM had been out......) and as I read through the forum I see a LOT (not the theory LMAO) of good info. I took the tests and Bib told me I have great lig potential as my skin exit point is very high and my LOT (according to him should be 9-11). But what I still don't understand is- how do you determine your LOT? You stretch and see at what "time" your penis starts to get pulled back or what? Can you help here? :)

It's a really good question and I wish that whomever declared the LOT theory would have given more details into this!

LOT is the very first VISIBLE sign of loss of tug back, not the feeling. The theory proposes that those with high exit points will have a high LOT. In my case this holds true. I have a high exit point and my LOT appears around 10:00. The way you look at the "clock" for LOT is by pulling your penis straight up - that is 12:00. Move slightly down and that is 11:00, so on and so forth. The way you perform the LOT test is by pulling your penis straight up, by the head. Don't pull too tight. Then you will do a single kegel. Watch closely to see where the first LOT happens. That is your LOT. You'll probably have to do it a few times to figure it out and you may notice you have 2 LOT's - one high and one low, if you have high exit point.

As well as LOT is the palpation test which as theory goes, if your LOT and exit points are high, you will have a good amount of inner penis. When LOT and exit point are high, you will want to fully stretch out your ligs by hanging at lower angles, such as BTC. This, according to Bib will pull the inner penis out and down. In time, the theory is that your exit point will lower along with your LOT and your inner penis, because your inner penis is now outer, usable penis.

Bigger is a great guy with the patience of a saint. I'm not sure I fully subscribe to these theories and tests because in 2 consistent years of hanging, my LOT never lowered, nor did my exit point and I only seemingly lost .5 inch of inner penis, yet gained 1.5 inches of length.

I agree, this topic is very interesting as it explores the anatomy and functionality of the penis under certain stimuli. However, the science behind the Length of Tug is simulacrum of theory. While there are many observations and hypotheses around the subscribed beliefs of LOT, it fails to exhibit laws that explain why it behaves in such a way. When there have been enough experiments and observations to prove this "theory" is in fact not false, then perhaps there can be some justifiable reason to elevate this from an idea to a proven mechanism, and we've already done so by gaining in length despite the possibilities wagered.

I personally would like to hear from some with a low LOT who gained a good amount from hanging at lower levels. That would actually work AGAINST the LOT theory, though.

All I know is, I want my final .75 gain so I can stop this! Lol.

This is interesting. I joined Bib's forum to see what I can learn from there and did the tests as well. Bib told me (after I sent him my pics) that I have very high skin exit point and a LOT between 9 and 11. But When I stetch my penis at 11 o'çlock and kegel- I feel it contracting. I stop having this contraction at around 7 o'clock. I told Bin and he told me I have a high LOT. I do not understand this. Am I doing the test having mu penis stretched too much?

And how did you do the palpation test? I just can find the botton of the pubic bone (I do not know what he actually refers to- the part of my pubic bone that is underneath the fat layer (the one we reach when we measure BPL) or the bottom (from the downside). Can you please help me out? :)


Oh, and if you have gained 1.5 inches and have pulled out only 0.5 of those gains- maybe that's tunica gain :)

I used to think my LOT was low too, because I didn't think I could possibly have a LOT of 11 or 12. Try it again and you will probably see a higher LOT. I also have about a 7 LOT as I continue doing it, which Bib said is normal.

As for inner penis and palpation, the easiest thing to do is start at your exit point, especially with an erection and just trace it down to the very base. You will find the inner penis in your "taint" and be able to get a decent estimate of inner penis and will probably measure close to 3.5 - 4 inches.

I tend to agree with you that I have experienced mostly tunica gains or I've stretched out my ligs, which has helped "loosen" my inner penis from my pubic bone. Not really sure.

And about the palp test- the only inner penis I can feel is the one that is where my goins meet- I mean righ behind my balls going all the way back to the anus area. Is that it?

You don't want to stretch too much. You're just basically stretching it out, then doing your kegel.

For palpation I've always had a hard time with that too. So basically you just have to start at your exit point and trace your inner penis until you can't anymore. That is usually in your "taint" area - that patch behind the balls and in front of the anus.

The LOT- Ok, I have a question for you- at what "time" do you feel absolutely no tugback? I am very confused here- according to Bib my skin exit point is very high and LOT is 9-11. But when I try the test- it seems to be 7:30. And second- When you pull harder do you feel like the tugback appears "later" (as in time LMAO). I stretch ligh, but still...

And I got that and I traced it, but saw that my penis (inner penis) ends right before my anal hole. But I am not sure whether that is how the inner penis is measured, cause I get some crazy numbers that are too good to be true LMAO. If this is true and I have to trace my penis all the way from the skin exit point to the start of the anus (where it ends- I got erect, kegeled and was able to feel it MUCH better) I have between 4 and 4.7 inches of inner penis. Am I measuring wrong, cause this sound like it is a LOT (not the theory LMAO). :)

I'm not sure there is any point where you feel no tug back. You will always have some. Most with high exit points supposedly have their LOT around the higher "times." It took me a while to really see that mine was around 10:30 or so.

As far as inner penis is concerned, 4-4.7 is pretty natural for guys like us, which is why Bib recommends fully stretching out the ligs and getting all we can of our inner penis exposed. Supposedly, those with low exit points and low LOT have very little inner penis. So in one sense, we have it easier because we can do lower angle hanging which usually brings about faster gains. The guys with lower stuff have mainly tunica work to do, which isn't easy.
