Hi MOS,

I’m doing the progressive weighthanging routine from stillwantmore2. He wrote a guide on this board.

I’m 23 days in, and i’ve managed to gradually increase the weight up until 8.8 lbs :D

I’ve gained 0.0394 inch so far,
I went from 7.28” to 7.32 “ BPEL

I do the bathmate routine 5x5x3 afterwards and then is my time up. That’s all the time I have during the day and it keeps me going and I like it.

My question is: when do I start to gain more and more? Like hitting a sweet spot? i.e. riding the fatigue? I think my penis is quite strong already duo to lengthmaster conditioning training.

I train 7 days on and NO days off, except with the girth routine I take 1-2 days occasionally..

When I hit that sweet spot on let’s say 14-15 lbs, do I need to exhaust this weight level until I don’t get any gains anymore?

So that could be hanging 2-3 weeks with 14 pounds until I plateau and then I up the weight some more for a little extra fatigue :)

I will measure weekly to see the growth rate when i’m riding the fatigue. I can compare that.

Now it’s going very slow but steady I think.

Any more tips/recommendations ? :)
 
In just over 3 weeks you've gained almost .04"? extrapolate that out to 30 weeks and you'd be just shy of 1/2"...I'd say that's definitely significant and well within growth/time norms. Keep this up and in just over a year you will have a full inch of 'new you'!
 
I hate to sound negative here but unless you know for a fact you were 100% EQ for both measurements there may be more/less growth. Don't measure until you've hit the 3 month mark. You're just going to drive yourself crazy doing measurements more often.

When I first started training I wanted to measure are 2 weeks. I tried to measure 2-3 weeks in and I was disappointed. I thought I had gained 0.5" but really hadn't gained anything. Train hard, wait patiently to measure.

I see what you’re trying to say.
I take that into account. I’m on a Nofap routine, celibacy and i’m a few months in.

I don’t have a girlfriend or any masturbation sessions or ����, I do get very horny and my dick is very erect every day at 110% EQ,

So I thought this would be a good way to get consistent reliable results with measuring.

I use a wooden ruler and measure on top, I have a slightly upwards curved dick and I make sure it’s straight held against the ruler and into the fat pad to the pubic bone

I’m very fat and I hate my fatpad, my dick looks so small because I also have a large build frame i’m 6,2 tall

But i’m determined to get to 9 inch, only a matter of time. :)
 
Everything looks good, including the rapid gains! I suggest a few things that will speed gains. Getting in a 5 minute set of Bundled Stretches before every length or girth routine will prime your penis to take on my growth as this pre-stretches the stubborn Tunica. I also suggest a round of Erect Stretching for 10 Minutes 1-2 times a week. Lastly I suggest Expressive stretching, this will engage gains from within your body. These are small additions that will make a big change.

I’m feeling a good stretch in my internal penis shaft, because my ligaments are torn.

Few years ago i’ve accidentally torn them and my dick is now loose and wobbly, erection angle is gone it is now straight out. I pretty much performed a length surgery on myself with rough masturbation/ stretching as I was high on drugs I didn’t feel I was doing any harm lol.

So every exercise I do will directly target the tunica and internals :)

So I have my ligament gains maxed out, everything is now concentrated on tunica and internal shaft gains :)

With expressive stretching, I have troubles grabbing the internals in the shaft because I feel that i’m only pulling on my skin which hurts alot because lengthmaster is clamped in at the base
 
Wow, you tore your own ligaments, OUCH! I can not imagine the pain. So it is true, once ligaments are snipped the penis loses its angle, I knew this but good tp hear it confirmed. The best Tunica exercise is Bundled Stretches using your Length Master or hands. Bundled stretches expand and elongate the Tunica allowing for more internal gains. You can do Expressive stretching others ways than the LM, if you use the body of the LM with the chamber removed you can do Hole Stretching, very powerful Expressive exercise. If you have a BathMate you can do Hardcore Stretches, if neither work for you try to do them manually by low grip stretching.
 
That must have been one, serious jerk-off session...I prefer a downward erection angle, but this method sounds excruciating

It was actually due to this accident I started to look for penis growth methods. :)

I’ve abused amphetamines and one day I was pretty high and I thought what happens if I pull on my dick like this? Hmm 🤔

I did some downward stretches, rotating it and upwards stretches wondering if I could get some more shaft out of my body!

An amphetamine high can last for 8-12 hours and when I got bored with the wanking part I started to wonder if it could grow lol. You have a flaccid limp dick which you can stretch for hours.

I exerted too much force and I didnt feel any pain,

I heard something snapping and then I looked at my dick and gone was the erection angle.

And then I was like wow, what happened?

So suddenly I gained some length! I have a little upwards curve exactly at the point where my dick should be attached to my pubic bone normally.

So now I want to straighten this curve for a 100% straight dick.

All my exercises are focused on tunica now. :)

After that I stumpled upon this beautiful forum in 2013 and then it took off. I found my answers here regarding penis growth etc

So that was my little background story :)

I have a little upwards curve exactly on the point where my penis should be attached to the pubic bone, I will post some pictures when I reach my new goal of 8 inch !

If I look in the mirror sideways I can clearly see the bend and the elongation.

I try to straighten this with jelqing against the curve.

Or keep the curve, I love curves in any direction, they make the penis look so much bigger visually!

It also added base girth i’m 6 inches base girth due to internal shaft comming out

Damn those bundles really know how to hit tunica fatigue!

My warmup is 10 minutes bundled stretching in LM,
After that I do my hanging sets, way more productive elongation!

I think I will keep this weight for a little (9lbs) while before I adjust to heavier weights...

Very stupid but I should have started with bundled stretches before my hanging routine, but I didnt have much time now I have a little more free time so I can do bundles :)

It will keep me fatigued in the lower range of weights which equals to more length gains 😃
 
I do on average 5 to 20 mins of bundles a day combined usually 5 to 10 mins before each set of weight hanging, currently hanging 10 pounds.

Very smart move, Bundles are totally necessary with todays PE. This is the secret to stretching the TUNICA and gaining so much faster.

I have a slight upward curve and I think it really helps during sex to hit spots just right. If you think about how the vagina is built that slight upward curve helps hit the G spot better if you're pulling out far enough. I have no plans to straighten it.

Wow! That must hurt like a bitch! I can’t handle that kind of fatigue on 9 pounds lol :)

One set of 10 minutes (5minutes left & 5 minutes right) and my dick is completely destroyed :)

I have a very very sore tunica and sore dick muscles and I don’t have any rest days

But that’s a good idea, I will experiment with throwing in some bundles before each hanging set 👍🏽

Shit, this brings back some memories for me when I started hanging. Although I certainly wasnt dedicated like Stillwantmore, I kinda flirted with it to be honest but damn it was intense at times and the skin stretch burned like a mutha fucka.
