My workout is spaced out in 3 steps through my day. Upon wake up I do a 30-45 minute session of the stretch routine in the plyometics thread. During my lunch hour I do girth busters. In the evening I do a 15-20 minutes session of width expansion. I also do kegal exercises periodically during the day. Prior to sleep I also do the phase 1 testicle health massage while taking a hot tub. I thought this was going to be a lot when I first approached doublelongdaddy but the spaced routines really make it easy.
Since just after Christmas I have just been doing basic stretching (every now and then doing jelqing and recently been doing a bit of edging) and have not seen any gains yet, I now think I am ready to move onto to something a bit more intense and structured and this sounds like a good routine, I'm gonna give this a go!

I do it but the cost is ridiculous due to my extremely busy schedule. Lightning was trying to set up Phone and Skype chats but I am not sure where he is with that. The last time I met in person with someone I needed to hire security and I had to change a huge fee as he wanted to be there for 6 hours. I don't believe 1 to 1, in person is the best idea, I think the phone or Skype is much better.
Doublelongdaddy has been working with me one to one and the help has been priceless. I have not measured erect until this week and I wanted to wait until the end of this month but I could not help myself. My last gains in girth were one half of an inch in girth and one quarter inch in width. Length was one half of an inch. This brought me to 6.5L by 5.25G by 2W(all non bone pressed). My flaccid stretch was 7.5" My measurements today are 7L by 5.5G by 2.25W (all non bone pressed). My flaccid stretch was 8.25". Needless to say I am walking on cloud 9. My workout has been daily using these three exercises:
1.) DLD's Width Expansion Super-sets
2.) DLD Girth Busters
3.) The Plyometric stretch routine including the complete workout within that thread as .
In addition to this I occasionally do DLD's Lazy Ass Stretches when I have a ton of paper work. I also do a kegel routine on the way to work and the Testicle Health Massage before turning in.
