Just have to make sure the green tea is all natural with no caffeine and extra ingredients.

Did not know this, I will substitute my StarBucks coffee to plain green tea. Anything to get my metabolism running faster.

Yeah tea is much better. You can always have coffe, just don't add sugar. Try different types of teas and also research some for different medicinal effects.

From what I heard strong black coffe, with no add-ons like sugar or milk, should speed up your metabolism too. Add ginger and you're golden.

I drink my coffee with a little bit of chocolate syrup and a tiny bit of milk. This is a big change from what I used to drink, which was the same coffee with cream, sugar and syrup. When I was drinking those I was sluggish, I feel a bit more pep with the new, lower fat/sugar coffee. I still want to try green tea as there are additional benefits to it. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion.

If your really looking to drop poundage quickly, intermittent fasting is the way to go, NOTHING compares to the fat loss and satisfaction you get when you IF and do hiit training.

i like to keep my eating window 4 hour, so 6-10 pm.
I feast the f*** out every night, and wake up leaner and leaner, its amazing.
Coffee is incredible, and has caught a bad wrap, but the truth is it has the benefits of everything from a hunger suppressant energy booster to neuro protective abilities, research coffee and parkinsons, it can literally protect against neuro degenerative disease.
Also, abput green tea, yes green tea is very good and has the polyphenols EGCG, which help with weight loss and antiaging, but you have to make sure it does not come from china, even if organic, 90% of green teas out of china have heavy lead content, do the research.
Hope this helps.

yep helps a lot. Hardest part is getting enough protein in your diet w/o getting full.

You can get a protein shake to solve that :)

I did intermittent fasting a few years back and it's an easy way to get lean. Only problem is that it may cause muscle loss. Now that I have more muscle I stick to bodybuilding type cuts. Counting very calorie and stuff. It's a pain in the ass to weigh eveything that you gonna eat, but at some level it becomes a necessity. But if you're not that concerned about muscle loss, than IF gets you leaner faster than anything.

You may have lost muscle but it had nothing to do with the If, it has to do with dropping a tone of weight quickly, and since you were probably eating wayyy below your caloric requirement, you lost muscle.mass, there just no way around it, it doesn't matter what type of diet you follow.
One thing that will help keep muscle on is weight lifting, you can't drop your calories and do a tone of cardio and expect to keep size, which is why, when you drop your calories and bodybuilding you keep your muscles.
And in Any case, intermittent fasting is the most effective way to drop fat and keep muscle mass, because it raises natural human growth hormone by 2000%.
I don't know what guise lines you where following, but you probably weren't doing it right, considering people who do intermittent fasting and and bulk, add more muscle than people who ate 5-6 meals through the day, which is the conventional idea, it's also bullshit lol
IF both showed that people who where cutting lost more weight than any other for of diet, and people who where bulking put on more lean mass than any other way of eating, and not only that, the if bulk glroup stayed leaner, and didn't have to lose a tone of fat and water.

I get stuffed easily. I can eat 30g (food) +20g (protein shake), then wait 2 hours, Another 30g protein (food), wait 2 hours, another 30g protein(food) +20g protein(shake)= 50+30+50= 130g protein, that isn't enough, I need to hit 160 which is hard because I can't eat much in one sitting and If I do i have to wait a while before the next meal. 6 hour opening is hard to consume 160g of protein.

I have been on a cereal and beef jerky diet :) Not the healthiest but a ton of protein. My kitchen should be ready in a month so I will soon be able to eat normal food. What was so important to me loosing the fat pad was the frequency of small meals, I would eat maybe 6-7 meals daily, but very small. The other part was moving, always going, getting that metabolism a big boost. Also, water was a big part of it, I would drink 2 gallons a day. Exercise was more minimal than you would think. I jogged 2 miles a day. I took a 20 minute walk at night. I listed light weights daily for maybe 10 minutes. This all added up to having almost no fat pad. It is so worth the effort, the pride you will feel is amazing.

That's great, you should progress into that routine again. Did you jog morning or afternoon or night? I would go jogging with my dad every morning for at least 3 months, saw good results with that and I ate normally as well. Doing the additional small meals, lots of water will help you definitely.

Hahaha don't exaggerate your water intake, it should be 8-10 cups of water. By the way the exercise thing for every 1 hour on the computer sounds great.
