How many PE-Exercises Should one add to his routine? I was told in the past to just add one or two PE-Exercises at most to your routine to see where your gains are coming from, but I noticed some guys have more then one or two exercises to their routine. So, my question is how many exercises should one add to his routine?
 
I just want to know how many exercises should one add to his own routine? I have been thinking about creating my own PE routine with some ideas I have ran across on this forum and others
 
If you want to be methodical and scientific about your PE routines, then yes change only one variable at a time. It takes more discipline to do it this way, but it gives the advantage of being able to evaluate and analyze the results from each exercise.
That said it's not necessarily bad to have fun with new things now and then.

If you mean your own routine, it depends how much intensity you need. If you haven't gotten gains in 3-6 months its time to add more exercises. Follow SRT.

You want to cover a broad spectrum.
For length you should get in expressive stretches, bundled and in different directions/angles, ideally exhaust PC prior to the routine
 
You could look at it as a type of workout you would do in a "gym." Anywhere from 3-6 exercises ranging from 2-5 sets with 8-25 reps depending on the intensity and pressure of said exercise. That's how I am looking at it as.
 
Two routines that are a great place to start are:
The Newbie routine and
The SRT routine

The Newbie Routine will teach you foundational exercises that prepare the penis for more advanced work. SRT in itself is a routine but I always advice Brothers to read the entire SRT program to incorporate what they can into their routine. There is so much direction in SRT that you would be cheating yourself out of gains by not studying it. If you need any help once you have created a routine we are here to give you a hand.

I have done wet jelqing in the past and manual Stretching as well, but I have made no gains from doing this basic routine. I have also done some advance PE exercises in the mix of things but really did not stick to them to see any gains.

I wanted to create a routine that could help with both length and girth for my needs. I have had some good advice from the guys from pegym forum but I have made no gains. What can you advise for me to do?

Well pegym is much like many other PE forums, they are using outdated exercises and are not following the standards we set. How are the gains on PEGym or T's Place? Mostly nil. Here you will learn modern ways to increase your size as fast and safe as possible. Since you have experience I highly recommend SRT, it is the BEST routine I have ever created.

I just finished reading SRT program last night and learned some things that I never knew before. As far as doing this routine could I do the manual portion of this routine by itself without the devices in place?

It's not just outdated but it's unorganized. It's more of that type of issue and don't bring in any new stuff. Here at MOS we're always on top of things.

That is because we take our data very seriously. It is most vital to have all members posts intact and this is something we pay a great price to keep our library complete. We do a lot behind the scenes here, we have 24 hour technicians, we now have 4 dedicated servers that back up every 6 hours. If one server is attacked the second takes over. Our protection here is amazing and we get practically no spam, again thanks to very expensive implementation of custom software. We are very organized but could still do a better job. With a forum there is only so much you can do before you need to start hacking. The video server is a perfect example. There is no forum in the world that has active user uploaded video to a VB board. Again, we had this software made for us. So we take the Brotherhood very seriously.

Another quality you will find here that you will find no where else is the owner is an active participant. I am here everyday, for 14 years now, to help the Brotherhood. In addition the partners we have here are very dedicated to us and give us the best deals with the best warranties. This just does not happen, we had to make it happen. I feel the video vault on this forum should be separate between exercise ones and issue ones or something, thats the only thing that grinds my gears

My PE weapon of choice is the length master. You can do only one routine but in the form of super set. Do it 20mins three times daily.

3 twenty minute sessions is a great length routine with lengthmaster

You rarely see anyone on the forum doing it. I did it for 18 months. That's how I gained 2.25 inches.
