how many days of intense girth work per week do you think it takes to make solid girth gains ?

the tissue in peoples penis is very different.

for a guy like me who is a hard gainer. for anything to happen i litereally have to work out to the point where im straining my forearms to get some girth going.

but then again. i can do this just about everyday (as i am apparently recovering really fast.)

so fast recovery and extreme intense workouts everyday is more or less viable for me.

it usually ends up with a once a week break from training due to some soreness.

now other guys needs to do half of that to make gains. but they can only do it every other day.

my basic advice is to find your own phase.

how to:

start working out mildly every day.
soreness shouldn't occur.

keep increasing untill you start getting temporary gains (temporary gains is just the prerequisit to permanent gains)

when you get temp gains. stay there. now at some point your normal size increases.

now increase the intensity. and new temp gains should happen.
repeat.

now eventually you will get to a point where you need to sit in deep meditation. eat a living lizard and smash your face into a mirror to pump your state up for the session.

and obviously this will end up requiring off time. and here the SRT will work like a charm.

but in general the most important thing is to try and get as many gains as possible with the least amount of strain to your penis.

this way you will get most out of the work.

im seeing more and more a pattern of the guys who go nuts from day 1. where the penis tissue simply just adapts to the hard pulls. and then they need to attach a truck to their penis to make it grow any more.

which is also why the SRT kicks ass. as you try and keep everything stretched. not giving the body the opportunity to turtle. and strenghten the tissue in the old size

Everyday,as long as you take the night off ( i belive 12 hours is enough for recovery ) , you can kill the girth work during the day...but if you feel sore or something like that,reduce the intensity or take days off..like 2 on,1 off.or something like that.
 
I would train daily. Assuming erection quality doesn't suffer. These are not muscles, rather more akin to bags of skin like an organ we are forcing to expand.
 
I would say there is a definite order to training frequency that should be followed. Training should be done daily, length and girth, unless you are on an exclusive length or girth routine. If 7 days a week are too much for you then I suggest you take one day away at a time to perfect your workout. So maybe 5 days on and weekends off, maybe every other day, maybe 2 on 1 off, etc. I would never go more than 3 days without training as this would be highly counterproductive to gaining size through temporary expansion. I personally never took a day off until I reached the 10 x 6" mark at which time I stopped for a while for personal issues. When I came back I did loose a bit of girth and length (maybe .25" on both) but I already expected this. Once I started up again the gains lost were gained back within 2 weeks time. After this I did not take a day off until I started the SRT study, where I took time off to discover if restrictive clothing caused a lack or reduction in gains. For most the more time training the faster the gains.

Actually, the day your penis stops responding is when it's time to step it up to force new stretching, or expansion. Like I coach guys with hanging; when the weight you are currently using stops giving lig fatigue and a stretched feeling throughout your penis, you move up again. You don't back down in weight a "decondition". That's just backsliding.
 
Really? Whenever my cock has lowered eq I just can't get any sort of expansion going. Its only common knowledge that length doesn't require rest while girth does, unless you're stllwantsmore who lives on Viagra.
 
Not always. Stick around long enough to learn from experience and expand your mind and grow you knowledge and you may learn otherwise. Sometimes days off are needed, sometimes not. It varies regardless on whether a guy is working on length, or girth and from man to man. I don't live on viagra by the way. I only use it when I work girth to get the most out of my training.

DLD and still, since you both train everyday, do you always use max intensity or do go light most days and hard on a few?

And that is where we need to be to make gains happen. Intensity is what breaks the mold of our normal size. Intensity forces tissue expansion and elongation. Every Brother here needs to be honest with himself on how much he can handle because I think a lot of men hold back. Go everyday if you can, challenge yourself in intensity and progression. Every big gainer has followed a pattern of progressive intensity and consistent workouts.

Yeah it's just like training in the gym..you have to push yourself if you want to grow...if you keep the same intensity,you're gonna stay in place.

Very good analogy, the harder you push yourself the greater the gains but, similar to the gym, if you go overboard you could sustain an injury. Finding the sweet spot in training is something we all find eventually, the grey line between gains and injury.
