Hey guys.. need some input.

how long should i constrict for?... (my cock is at max engorgment)... for 1 hour... 30 mins... 2 hours..?

It depends on howlong you have been doing this type of work for? i.e 1 week, 1 month, 6 months ect. I would say that anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes will suffice for most users who have newbie to intermediate experience. Only advanced pe'ers should go over 1 hour.
 
hrmm, starting back from a long break from constriction, I can still go about 30min 2x a day without any problems... Good stuff, hope i'll gain atleast another 1/8" in a couple months..
 
X2 30 minute sessions is ALOT different than X1 60 minute session.
Good point though, you can always split the sessions in away that you can add more time but dont overdo it. I wouldnt go anymore than 2 hours Penis Enlargement in oneday, except if it were allday methods such as ANC,ADC,ADS,ANS, torsion devices, hanging ect ect.
 
How long you constrict definitely has to do with how tight you clamp. I could probably go for 30 -45 mins if i dont clamp as tightly. But when i clamp tighter, i'll do no more than 15 minute sets.
 
i clamp realllly realllllllly tight, and i cant go no longer then about 15 min.
 
Do you think that constrictors can be a substitute for jelqing? I mean if I would do just the basic constrictors where just let it pump up itself.
 
My total clamp time is usually around 30 to 35 minutes using 6 to 7 clicks.
 
Red, didn't you say you gained a bunch of girth and some length from the basic constrictor? Was it really just the basic constrictor (clamping while fully engorged) or did you do any other exercises while clamped. I read your guide and just wanted to clarify that because your girth gains were insane. If this is so then it is definitely possible to gain from constricting alone because its been done.
 
The standard and also Advanced Horse squeezes were the ones that really 'did it' for me.
 
So I could make a program of 15-30 minutes of clamping and 15 minutes stretching and that could be all I need to be successful?
 
Everyones different, I cant gurantee anything.
IMHO a routine with at least 30 minutes going onto a max of 1 hour and 30 minutes is enough. With consistancy it'll work.....but also the key to erect gains is working the unit when at MAXIMUM erection and constriction make that happen. Push the penis past its MAX capacity reguler and it grows better than it would in manuel methods. Its all in time [Dont do too much i.e 30-90 minutes], consistancy [Keep reguler and you'll see gains cement and become permanent] and finally volume [Get the penis as erect as you can for anything aimed at erect size....push the size further, like you have putty in your hands 'penis', and mold it into something bigger i.e doing AHS and it becomes fatter , or stretches and it becomes longer. Much better than manuel methods because your working with ALOT of blood and thats what the penis uses in order to make the size changes].
