Hey all, I've gained from just over 6 inches up to 8 inches and I'm thinking regular stretching might not be helping anymore... ie: my ligs may have 'peaked', is that possible?
I'm thinking about incoporating some TOW stretches into my routine. I've been messing around with them for a few days and experimenting. I've tried them with one hand at the head and one hand at the base (stretching back to the bone if I stretch hard enough). I've also tried them with one hand at the head and one mid-shaft, I was wondering if anyone could tell me which would be the most effective method?
Also, if anyone could come up with some other stretches that might be useful at theis stage in me 'pe career' it'd be appreciated... cheers
