how does viagra and other supplements benefit girth work ?

im having a little trouble getting erect during my girth sessions , how will supplements benefit my girth sessions?

also will the gains i make on the supplement stay after i stop taking them ?
or will i just go back to normal?

I thought I answered this question yesterday, I guess I can see the future. Supplements like TITAN pills or MaleExtra, etc. are geared to increase blood flow and give better erections. This is very beneficial during manual sessions as it helps in the process. The idea is to make permanent gains while you are on these supplements. After you have reached your goal size you can stop. Viagra will work on the same level only easier erections.

I understand that these pills increase blood flow and all, but how do companies like magna rx plus claim that you can gain like 4 inches from just taking their supplements. It doesn't even sound realistic.
