I started with a 5.25 inch girth.
Honestly I haven't really dialed in anything crazy to try to get girth gains.
When I have trained girth I notice the 5×5×3 routine does the trick.
I'm going to trickle my way back into girth training at the start of November though.
Going to keep doing my 2×20 minute LM sessions. Then later in the evening do 5×5×1 for a week and wear a cock ring for 30 minutes.
Then go up to 5×5×2 then wear the ring for an hour.
Until finally on week 3 and onwards ill be doing the full 5×5×3 and wear the ring for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
I think slow and steady for girth is the way to go so you don't hurt yourself.
I pumped back in the day with the BM and it turned my dick black (im white) for almost a year haha
But I also didn't know what I was doing at the time.
Slow and steady for girth. Speaking from experience. Don't make the same mistake I did
 
I agree with you about going slow and steady with girth. I've hurt myself a few times with the bathmate so I know what you are talking about. I will be picking up my pump this week and once I do, I will take a slow. I am thinkingof doing 1 day on and 1 day off style of pumping.

I don't want to be in a hurry at all to get to my girth goal. Pumping daily is too stressful.

1 day on 1 day off is perfect to get your body familiar with the training.
At the end of the day once you get to be pumping 5 times a week you will see gains. Unlike length I think your body responds well to have at least 1-2 days off a week from pumping.

In that case, I will do the 5 times a week or even daily. I want to see half inch gain in girth every 6 months and I believe 5 times a week or daily training is the way to go.

Just make sure you can get 100% erect. Girth work is pointless unless you can get a steel pipe downstairs during your sessions.
If EQ is off, take a day off or go for another length session
