Horse Squeezes (Developed by Horse 440)

Start out with your fave warm up - I do it in the shower.
Get an erection, medium hard (you'll have to make it harder as you go along)

Right, now use a milking/jelqing exercise, basically one you like doing and that pumps blood into your head. I do a simple one hand dry jelq, very tight and very slow for 20 reps.

After the set of milking/jelqing you do the MegaSqueeze:

Pump as much blood as possible into you penis (don't worry if it's not TOO hard at this stage, you only want it REALLY hard at the very last set).

Grasp with one hand at the base, doing a torniquet, as tight as humanly possible.

Wait a second, let go ever so slightly of the torniquet hand - kegel hard - close the torniquet hard again.

Ok, now the squeeze... if you're uncut, as me, just do this using your foreskin (be sure to leave it covering the head before doing the torniquet), if not then just use PLENTY of lube.

Make a tiny little ok sign with your index and thumb. I mean TINY - half a centimeter or less.

Now star at the very tip of the head and slide that tight ok sign down your penis until it's past the head. Hold it there for ten seconds.

Obviously your tiny ok sign is going to have to loosen up a bit to be able to slide down the head, but keep it as tight as you can, thus moving all the blood you pumped into the head down to the shaft.

Your shaft will thicken up considerably.

Let go of the torniquet hand first, slowly, then the hand at the head.

Repeat the milking/jelqing.

Repeat! I do 10 sets of 20 jelqs and 10 sets of 10 sec MegaSqueeze at random day intervals and it's working wonders for my girth.

These work great just before a pump session. I go into the tube already pumped and pump it even bigger!
 
Some, like myself, may find it hard to do that whole centimeter or less squeeze the head through the ok sign part. Don't let this deter you. I just squeeze my whole head with my palm and clamp off under the head. Works great.
 
This has to be one of the best girth exercises bar none... I completely forgot about doing this squeeze by sliding the off hand over the head.... I'll use this and the SSJ for the next month or so and see how it goes....
 
This is funny, I have been doing these without knowing it. I thought I made them up. I started doing the SSJs and they converted into these. For whatever reason I get more expansion from these compared to the SSJs.
 
Well what can I say on this one. I am gonna have to try this one out.
I am presently on 7" 2 And still doing ma exercises. This would have to be one important one I must do.

Ok whats the difference between the horse squeeze and the Dry DLD dual jelqs? <:(
 
This is a CLASSIC bread and butter exercise, builds the foundations and can be used for advanced stuff as well such as triple horse's with clamps etc.
 
The problem with me is I can't fit my fist through my head without losing all the blood back to my head. Any suggestions? It just looks like I've ballooned.
 
A bit of a warning:
Thromboised veins are a common injury when doing these.

But If you know what you are doing,then there is no problem at all.

You can try them clamped
 
this is a bomb ass girth exercise. My dick can take a helluva beatin, still Id rank this in the top 3. Unlimted intensity right there.

*Proper warmup, Your penis should feel really loose post warmup. :)
Then Just take it easy and go slow with the excercise.Any pain or discomfort is a sign to back off.
 
Attached it how these are done constricted [clamped] because some were unsure. The member ItsElectric is the guy in the pictures.

All you would need to do is move that freehand to different places on the shaft to engorge another area you wanted to become thicker and this is why its good for bringing up lagging parts and cureing the baseball bat shape.
