As per the subject of this thread, I'm one of those who believe that performing kegels while your penis is inside the pump, helps with expansion. I get more expansion when I perform kegels throughout each of the 5 minutes pumping set.

Kegels help to maintain erection while your penis is inside the pump. It is very important to do kegels while pumping.

Kegels should always be part of active girth work

@kriskros Kegels helps with expansion. I do kegel throughout each of the three 5 minutes pumping set. If you are lucky, an erection can happen inside the pump, this is where you get the biggest expansion.

Just make sure you abstain from daily masturbation if you are focusing on girth work because masturbation weakens your zeal to do your session.

Also, you say "do kegels". How many times? How many sets? For the duration of the pump? (five minutes). What type of kegel? Fast 1–2 secs or longer period e.x 15 secs? Can you please be more scientific-specific on this? Thanks a lot.
Also…about masturbation - I am trying to fix my Premature Ejaculation with start-stop technique, so I have to masturbate even if I do not want to (low libido) each other day to fix things just a little bit.
Any ideas here?

No It will not destroy your pelvic floor muscles it will actually strengthen them while also stronger erections. Try to stop orgasms even when using your premature ejaculation practice. This will also help with premature ejaculation

You can do short kegels of 5 seconds. Just keep repeating it throughout the pumping set as much as you can. Be patient and gentle with yourself when doing the routine and kegels. 5 seconds, stop and repeat. Just like that.

I do more than 5 seconds but to me, it doesn't matter how many seconds you do. What matters is that, you are repeating it throughout the pumping session.

Make sure you are entering the pump erect and try watching your favorite ���� video while pumping. If you are lucky, you can get another erection inside the pump and if that happens, you will feel as if your penis wants to explode due to the erection.

At that point, stop the kegel and wait till that pumping set is over. At the end, you will see that your expansion is massive.

@DLD @huge-girth I am "kegeling" for 30 minutes while pumping (no joke - hold 1 minute, stop for 1 sec then hold 1 minute and so on). Is this reccommended? 30 minutes? Isn't it going too far? Wont it damage my pelvic floor? Please let me know thanks

I'm neither of these members, but I will give you an answer.
You cannot damage your pelvic floor, your muscles will just getting tired. But as you become stronger and stronger you will have more endurance.

It's actually perfect. You will never damage your pelvic Floor Muscles from too many kegels
 
I can chime in here and give a categorical yes that kegels done while inside the pump does help in a massive positive fashion

This was something I did for years, it helped with circulation to the penis, erection strength and more productive girth work

At 40 now and I have no problems getting hard without any substances.
