I am sorry if there is a thread on the same topic but I wanted to know the answer to this so I just posted one.

Basically the name gives it away : I am sure that every guy that has hit the gym once in a while has noticed that when he is doing physical excersises his penis shrinks to a certain degree.

Penis Enlargement is based on stretching and blood pumping, but by the same token is the result of stretching a penis equivalent to the shrinkage during hitting the gym ?

I mean ok I stretch my penis to a + 1/4 inch, but when I workout my penis shrinks -1/4 inch. To those results cancel eachother out or is the shrinkage totally diffirent from the stretch.

Scientifically I got no earthly idea. In practice, I can say they are different. Same with cold water or weather. Shrinkage of that nature doesn't change your length permenantly, its just a reaction to keep yourself warm. In the gym, I assume there is a natural response from your body to make his happen.
On a related topic, hitting the gym has caused better blood flow, loss of weight, higher metabolism, better self esteem, smaller fat pad, and overall endurance during sex. So in short - its fucking awesome to combine gym + pe.

It's very annoying I agree, though only temporary it does happen when your in mesh shorts/sweats so that's no help. It's your body realizing that it needs to send blood flow else where (the muscles you're beating on, and respiratory system) since you're not using the little guy at the gym. Doing some kegals while your between sets should help remedy this a little...

Uncle Jim wrap while in the gym if you're not squatting or doing leg presses on your back. It will keep you elongated and give the apprence of a mean flaccid

Lol thanks. I love staying wrapped up especially since I'm close to my desired flaccid size when I'm all snugged. If you wear shorts to the gym just make sure they're long enough don't want your lil buddy peaking out
 
I'm kinda new at this, can you explain what exactly is a Uncle Jim Wrap ? :D ... some kind of devise or ? .. cause I only plan on using the MOS dvd.

I understand that my penis shrinks because my body sends blood elsewhere but isnt that the exact opposite of jelquing ? .. I mean the enlargement of jelquing is permanent but the shrinkage of working out isn't .. how is that ?

Hit the sauna after a workout. It gets your flaccid very loose and hangin'. It's what I do.
 
10x man, It's now day 4 of me doing the newbie ruitine. I am doing it by the books and with no day off and even now when I jelq I can see my dick is bigger everytime ... good stuff, I'll be posting a thread with my starting measurements and progress.
