I'm back after a long brake but need some help with kegels/PC muscle.

I can stop myself when peeing but I can also isolate a few muscles bown there.
First one would be the stoping when I pee. Can only isolate it when I pee.
Two; just between the balls and anus. I can work this one by itself. Down side I can't pee. Like it locks up stoping any flow of pee. Don't like that one bit.. Is this the PC muscle? Or part of it? I can tighten it and keep it tight. Its almost just behind my balls. PC muscle?
Three; anus. When I pee and stop the flow it seems like this muscle is contracting also. PC muscle?
Four; when i have a erection I can make my dick jump up and down using some muscle. I also feel it at the head of my dick like its pulling back. PC muscle?

Qwestion, is the anis muscle attached to the PC muscle on men? If so i can tighten it a feal a smaller muscle tighten just inside and above the muscle that is between the balls and anus.

From what I understand, muscles 1 and 4 should be the same thing, while 3 is just connected in a similar way to your eye muscles (you can wink now but remember how much effort that skill took when you were a kid). I do not know what muscle 2 is and I would not quote me on any of this though.

All muscles are interconnected and are called the Pelvic Floor Muscles. When you flex the entire group flexes.

Cool thanks DLD. I can flex them all at the same time starting from the anus around to the base of the penis. Can i get the same results buy flexing them all or should i keep trying to isolate the one spot?

The way DLD Blasters work (and this methodology can be universally applied to any stretch) is through two primary functions.

1. Pre-exausting the pelvic floor muscles through long sets of kegel where you bring the penis to a point of temporary fatigue, where the pelvic floor muscles have little influence over governing the strength or direction of the stretch. When the penis is fatigued these muscles find it difficult to resist in a stretch, allowing much of the stretch to translate to the ligaments and tunica of the penis.

2. When a stretch is engaged a reverse kegel should be forced for the entire time you are stretching. This ensures that the PFM are complete un-flexed and the grunt of the stretch is going directly to the ligaments and tunica.

Applying these principals to any stretch will increase the probability of you making faster, better length gains.

I'm in it... DLD can you give me a quick link on it. Video and routine instructions. Thanks man..

No problem my friend!

As you are streching do your kegels. Your PC muscle will weaken from the workout. At this point it's not pulling back and you can get a better strech all the way to the pelvic bone where your penis ligaments are attached.
