ok so i just happens to found out about this site today...i been reading around here for a couples of hours and i dont really know how or what to start off with....so i was hoping that those of you who has been here a while or knows what to do with all this, help me out

-how do you postion yourslef when doing these exercise?(your cock)
-do my cock has to be hard or when its dead whlie doing it?
-how do you stretch it?(directions, examples of how your doing it)
-how long did you tried this out, and how much did you gain?
-how long did you do it?(hrs, mins)
-how many days of the weeks?
-how many times a day?
-i know it grows longer(due to all the reading) BUT can it grow bigger(fatter)?


i'll have more questions later but as of right now those are what confuses me...

those links will give you all the information you are looking for, gains are different for everyone. some gain super quick and some dont gain at all...
it is possible to gain girth (thats what jelqing does). DLD trained 7 days a week, you could try that or 6 days on and 1 off. keep it consistent to get good gains. goodluck

Keep reading up on P.E. as much as you can. I read everything I could get my hands on, on every free site I could find for at least a month before I started.
 
ok so all this is just basicly stretching right?......is there any pill we gotta take before we do all this.....i havnt read anything about it though.....so i think all i have to do is stretch?.......
 
Yeah dude, your stretch your dick! This excercise will add length to your dick. If you want to add more girth, but also some length as well as just promoting overall good penile health, do some wet jelqs and eventually you can move up to more serious dry jelq routines.

It doesnt sound like youve really read much, so I would strongly suggest you read a lot more before starting anything. Search for the newbie routine and start with that.
