I've been doing PE for years(on and off, clearly) and have retained very little gain. Maybe some length, definitely some glans size. I made (and lost!) some girth gains with 6 months of Bathmate. So I have questions that I would really appreciate answers on from experts. Experts are anyone with substantial and permanent gains. I've been fooling with PE for too long to have so little to show for it, so I'm about to attempt a "last hurrah"! Spend the next year or two finally getting the results I deserve. Here are my questions:

1. Will phallosan do anything for my girth?

2. I have Bathmate X-40 and I like it ok. Is there another pump that would be better for me?

3. How do you know your gains are permanent?

PS: the reason phallosan interests me is I moved somewhere that I can't use Bathmate regularly. I hope to remedy that, but that's what's up at the moment

Welcome to MoS! The Bathmates are the most popular used pumps for girth gains so you are using good equipment.
Try Slow Squash Jelqs to help cement your girth gains with the Bathmate. Have you checked out the SRT routine yet?
 
Thanks! I haven't tried SRT, I'll have to scope it. Unfortunately I can't do squashes anymore, I got overzealous clamping back in the day and apparently got some kinda permanent lymph vessel injury. It's not a problem unless I do some kinda motion hard against the natural lymph flow, but if I do, I can have clogged vessels for days. It really sucks because I can't do most good manual exercise. Stretch seems fine and Bathmate is fine. If I get crazy with Bathmate I just have force the lymph out afterwards but that's it

That sounds like thrombosis, or the hardening of a vein. It will eventually go away but in the meantime do not be too overzealous.
