I have been peing since March, got serious in April. My current routine takes well over an hour to finish and being a single father who works and is in college and raps (cool you do the same DLD) it is really hard to take an hour out to do this unless I quit going to the gym, which I don't want to do either.
So I have hit a plateau, due to inconsistent workouts I bet. But I currently stretch using DLD's newbie program, 30 - 40 minutes of stretching leaves the dick wore out too.
Then jelqing - I edge a lot when jelqing and sometimes go over the edge, boy does that piss me off. I really don't care much for dry jelqs, but they may be more effective.
I do 200 wet jelqs and sometimes 50-100 dry ones before the wet ones. I occasionally threw in some slammers and the ferrari trio. However, lately I have been gaining some length (slowly), but I want to get back to gaining girth. I have thought of adding clamping into the workout and I am going to try the SSJ. After trying the SSJ for a week or two I'll add the clamping. So, how many SSJ reps should I do and should I do any jelqing before or after to help warm everything up some?
While I would love an extra inch or two on length I really want girth more (it is more important anyways). So, can anyone give some advice. Ya'll seem to know quite a bit at this forum. And DLD is a fuckin inspiration to me personally. I think I will take this time to reconize him as the King of Penis Enlargement. But I don't want to ride his dick... no pun intended... just have to recognize his accomplishments and knowledge in the area.
