Hi guys,
Hope you can help me out.
I started serious Penis Enlargement about 1½ year ago. I had great results for the first 10 months.
Started out with:
NBPenis EnlargementL of 15 cm
EG of 13 cm
Now
NBPenis EnlargementL 17 cm
EG 15 cm

My routine:
5 min. stretching
5 min dry jelq
5 min stretching
5 min wet jelq
5 min stretching
5 min Supra Slammers.

I do different kind of stretching and jelq techniques durring the sets to keep up variation and focus.
The sets worked as you can see from my progress very well and Im very happy with my gains.
Unfortunately I haven't had any progress at all during the last 6 months or so.
Any ideas for a new set for my workout. I can set aside max 45 minutes a day for Penis Enlargement.

I don't think, it's very smart to "cluster" girth and length work in such small unities. Might work for stretches better, but girthwise you need to consecutively build up a certain expansion level during exercise, which isn't really possible in a proper way within a 5 minute time frame. imo you should at least target a 15-20 minutes (better go for 25-30 minutes) duration. that being said, a 2 cm gain in girth is a massive achievement. You seem to be a "soft gainer". I guess your gains will shoot thru the roof if you'll go for a more reasonable time frame and up your total volume, since 10 minutes of jelqing per day isn't very much (20 mins of length work isn't either). There are miracles to come, believe me!:cool:

Edit: to make that point clear, too: split the girth and length routine. You can do both in one unit, but in a successive manner.

Also: you should do length first and then girth. Your method worked for you, but I think it's a bit ineffective. First you'll have a soft dick for stretching, then you'll need a semi for girth, then a soft for stretching and so on...
 
Split it into 20 Mins girth. Add SSJs in there. Then maserbate as your reward.
Then when your penis is super pliable now, stretch the hell out of it for 20 Mins.
Better still, put on some kind of Ads last and let it heal extended. Read links in my sig...

Hmm, the thing is when I do Penis Enlargement Im semi hard to 80% erect most of the time. As soon as I start on the stretching I get harder and harder. When maybe 80% erect I go for the jelqing. After a while I loose some of the erection and can go back to stretching again.
I get hard very easy. I'm 49 and still wake up with morning wood every day:cool:

For now I will try to do my best to split up the workouts alternating between stretching and jelqing.

Will post back in about 3 months time and report progress or lack of it.

You need to go harder now because your pens has adapted to all you have been doing with your bare hands. For length, get yourself a length master. If you want quick girth gains, buy the Mityvac pump or the bathmate.
