So much can effect erection quality so it is always a task to nail down why any person is experiencing this issue. It could be from poor diet, fatty foods, too much sugar, etc. but there are other reasons that should also be explored. Depression and stress can be huge culprits in EQ issues. Too much masturbation or excessive sex or pe will also cause fatigue which translates to poor eq also. Weak pelvic floor muscles will also greatly effect eq as if these muscles are weak they are not able to hold blood in an erection efficiently. To have the best erection quality users should follow these tips:

1. Relax and be happy. Take time to yourself to meditate and clear your mind. Stay in the moment and try not to give too much of your energy to the past and future. If you stay in the moment there is no stress. Leading a life with as stress free as possible will keep your erections happy.

2. Eat right, drink plenty of water an get at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Being healthy physically is very important to good body chemistry and this is great for strong erections.

3. Be sure to do a solid Kegel routine daily. Kegels will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles allowing for the penis to hold greater amounts of blood during erections. If someone already has weak eq and they gain even more size without training with Kegels, your problem will only become worse as there will be more penis with the same weak blood flow and trapping. Train with Kegels every day and your Pelvic Floor Muscles will be up for the job.

4. Give yourself rest days when eq is suffering. If you have a very intense routine and you are going everyday you may run into fatigue which will cause poor erections. If you are having these issues it is important to take days off between sessions. Some guys never have this issue but others do. Fatigue will cause poor eq. Take a rest and it will return.

I started taking a supplement called Saw Palmetto and had erections 24/7. I looked it up and found it has been around members of the site for a while. You can get Saw Palmetto in some kinds of food I have never researched. I also like L-Arginine for erections which is a supplement and not in a diet. DLD pretty much covered any question you could have been wondering. He's right on point as usual.

I take L-arginine as well!! I'm not sure if there is a connection but I have harder erections and made most of my gains while on that stuff!! I take a gram in the morning and a gram in the evening!!

Low fat is not good for you, your brain and body needs it to functioning correctly. Your brain consists of approximately 60% fat of it's total wight. What you instead need to do is to consume healthy fats. Your cell membranes are also dependent on you getting good fats into your system, your cells in your body will function much better. It's essential for a healthy brain.

I take L-arginine as well!! I'm not sure if there is a connection but I have harder erections and made most of my gains while on that stuff!! I take a gram in the morning and a gram in the evening!!
I tried the l-arginine for about a month, did nothing for me. Taking 3000mg of the l-citrulline right now and this stuff works!
 
@Wrenchead41, you should max take 8000 milligrams per day of L-Citrulline, don't go over that. To spread out the intake can also be beneficial.

8 grams! Shit that seems like a lot. I gotta take inventory of what I have on hand. I figure I have about 55 days to go out on the ship. I brought capsules on Amazon, I went ashore the other night and picked up a couple jars of the powder at gnc. Have not tried this stuff yet.

So you are on the ship now, amazing you can be so dedicated in pe when being on a ship.
6 gram should be fine, if you have no underlining health issues. I took that sometimes before a gym session. Works wonders.

Alrighty for what I have on hand I have enough for 5gram per day. I have been working the dosage up slowly to make sure it did not have negative effects. I work down in the engine room with 110 degree heat and don’t need to be fucking up. Started off with 500mg each meal. Could already see a difference at that dosage, but that’s the same time I started pumping. Last 6 days or so I started 1000mg at each meal. I will walk the dosage up to 5g per day and see how it goes. From what I understand the l-citrulline is ok to take with the 25mg of sildenafil I take before the end of day 5x5x3 set?
PE is easy out here on the ship. I have enough free time in the evenings and privacy. Home life with a wife and two kids not so much. Plus trying to build a house.

You have the correct strategy in regards to the titration of the dosage, exactly like doctors are doing it for some medications.
I don't know if you should combine sildenafil and L-Citrulline.

Sounds like you have the perfect setup for doing PE right now. Awesome! 😆

L-Citrullin is a perfectly safe supplement to take, there shouldn't be any worry of negative side effects if you have not had any previous health conditions. L-Citrulline if anything can improve cardiovascular health via the dilation of the blood vessels by elevating serum Arginine concentrations. A dose as high as 8000mg is of no concern and feel free to use it. 5g is also not a bad dose, you should aim for a minimum of 6 but it should suffice.

Last couple of days I have taken the 3 g dose of gnc l-citrulline powder first thing in the am. 1g capsules at lunch break, and another gram of capsules after dinner. My normal flaccid just seems huge swinging around in my boxers. I really don’t know if it’s the supplements or the pumping routine.
I have a couple of bottles of the L-arginine on hand, I guess I could spread them out and take with the l- citrulline daily so they are not wasted?
