Hello all! I'm am new to this site and thought I would jump in. For those of you in pretty good shape, there is a pretty cool secrete I'll let you in on called "the lions roar" I know it sounds corney but just wait... It is also known by other names such as "the bellows breath" or "monks breath" it is a yogic practice of non-ejaculatory male orgasm. someone posted previously that they had experianced something similar. It is rather complicated as it involves precise body postures, penile stimulation, and breathing and vocalization techniques to achive what is called a "full body orgasm" or a "female orgasm" Imagine if you will an ogasm that lasts for 3, 5 or even 10 minutes long ... well it is possible there are several books and info out there if your are intersted look for an instructional cd by a guy named jack johnson called multiple male orgasms... the only down side is that it does require making rather loud "roaring" sounds upon exhalation during the breathing/stroking session, so if you live in an apartment you might freak your neighbors out : ) and you have to be in pretty good shape in order for it to happen, If you are overweight ( like I have become in my late 30's) or if you smoke or even drink alcohol, you lessen your chances of building up enough abdominal energy to achive this kind of "full body orgasm". if anything, if you do actually have one, it will be a great incentive to get in better shape so that your able to do it more often. One does not ejaculate during the "FBO" as long as you hold the body in the correct postion and continue the "bellows breath" ... however as soon as you straighten your legs out to the supine position or stop the bellows breath .... you ejaculate with explosive force. I have had many mini "FOBs" but only about three that lasted several minutes back when I was in much better shape, as it does take quite a bit of energy to "ride the wave" so to speak of such an intense feeling, any how thats my story of multiple male orgasms drop me a note if you would like more details or if you have any advice for a newbie who is just getting stated, I will try and update my prfile so you can get a better idea of where I stand and what my goals are. later : )
