Hey, brothers! I am having some EQ problems for a year and a half now. Since I am 19( 5 days from 20), I was around my 18s when my EQ dropped drastically and since then I have problems. At first I thought "I am just 18, fuck it, everything's gonna be alright. Only guys around their 50s or 60 might worry about that!". And I was wrong, now I am a 19 year old with EQ problems. I have tried to cut masturbating. I have cut it a couple of times for over 10 days, 7 days and more around that range. It does not work, I have the HUNGER for masturbation, but whenever I start watching ���� or if I try with fantasy, I masturbate with 60-70% EQ. I recently searched throughout the forum and found that some guys have 110% EQ, plus when they cum, they drop to 60 or even more. When I jerk off I get 0%- just flaccid. I tried the edging techniques, ( I edge at 60-70%) but when I stop my cum, I don't feel orgasm as some guys here say, and I drop to 20% after that. 3 days ago I finally came to the conclusion that the problem is BIG and that it won't just go away. I went to an urologist and he prescribed me some herb pills and he said a couple of times "If that doesn't work, change your girlfriend" and " No, first change your girlfriend and then try the pills". Looks like he was just kidding, but I don't have a girlfriend. I searched through the forums, read kegel techniques, edging, pee-stop techniques and gave them all a try, since I wanted a strong PC muscle and all of its benefits- rock hard erection being the first one. And I have been spamming some messages throughout the forum about " How do you get such erection", "How do you last that long( I last short)" and "Share me the techniques you use for such erection and stamina". If some of you can help, please do write. :)
 
do you do any p.e apart from edging? kegels help, I have better eq since starting with a penis extender, also is your dick very big, cause sometimes if it's bigger erection can take longer
 
I did, but I stopped for a week. I am new and started last week. On my second workout, at the end of it, after the jelq session when I was warming down I fell on a rim( there was water on the floor) and hit my penis semi-erect. I went to a doctor and now, a week later, it's like nothing has happened, but I had to take a pause, cause it was sore and purple and stuff. But that's another story. Currently I am not Penis Enlargementing, I'll start tomorrow. About the kegels, I think I got it, but am not sure. I mean when I kegel, i feel something that can not be described as tension, nor do I feel the reverse kegels. I do not have money now and there is no hope of me getting an extender or a pump soon. If you do kegels, please describe what you feel when doing them, just so I know if I do them right or wrong. I am sincerely thankful for the fast response and the wish to help.
 
when i'm erect and i kegel my penis will lift upwards, thats a kegel when your penis lifts upward like that, after i do that for 1 min i'll put my palm facing down on the head of my penis to resist the upward force of the kegel. dont worry im happy to help
 
Yes, when I do it erect, it's the same way, I feel the tension, but not when I am flaccid. When you kegel flaccid do you actually fee pressure or tension. How does it feel like when you are flaccid, I feel some pressure in the anus area. Is that right?

Yes, you will feel it from the abdomen to the anus when flaccid.
 
Thanks for the reply DLD! I think I got the kegel now! Is it all I need to master to get back my 15-16 year old rock hard woodies?
 
Kegels feel like when you try to stop the flow of urine and RK feels like when you're trying to pee hard. It is better to do both erect as you get more of a workout. Even if you only get a partial erection when doing them it is still better. Good luck!
 
Great news guys! Yesterday I edged and did kegels ( yes I got the hang of them) for around 3-4 hours, I want to teach myself to do them every second throughout the day. As much as I know- the more kegels- the better. This morning when I woke up I had my erection and it might have been SLIGHTLY better but when I flexed my PC muscle- damn it was just the way I remember! Now I just have to make my erections rock hard without flexing my PC muscle. New guys, veterans or whoever reads this- if you have any such problem, kegels are the solution and from this morning on I believe it! I found how to do the reverse kegels also, but it is kinda hard. Today I have the whole day for me and I go on a mission to discover how to best reverse kegel. Thank you for all the support. I hope when guys with such a problem read this are convinced enough that after the milionth kegel they will be able to break walnuts with their woodies. It all takes patience and time and I realize it, hope you do too, now if you will excuse me, I'm going to train how to reverse kegel. Wish you all the best brothers!
 
Ok guys, the workout went well i think. I started reverse kegeling. Unlike the kegel, which I have mastered( can do it in all sorts of positions and even when going for a walk), the reverse kegel bothers me. Every time I push some muscles I pee out a few drops and after 10-20 seconds I can do it again. But what makes me think that I am far from mastering the RK is that I can do it in only one position and when I am standing still. It is only when I am stand-up and I need to flex my abdomen really hard, which makes it hard for me to maintain the squeeze for more than 3-4-5 max seconds.Is it normal to be doing it in only one position and will this abdomen flexing disappear? Cause of the ab flex I can only feel a small flex in the PC muscle. Is this ever gonna change- the ab flex??:( ?:( ?:(

WOOOHOOOOOOOO! I got the hang of it! After a little more training on how to master the reverse kegels I can proudly say that I reverse kegeled, yes, I got the hang of it, and damn it feels intense! I still use my abs, but much less and I can hold it more intensely for a longer period of time. I can even do it when I am walking! Still haven't learned how to do them in a sit/squat position, but the most important is that I can now say that I am sure how it feels and that I can do it! To everyone new, to everyone who can't do a kegel/reverse kegel, I just want to say- practice, patience, be stubborn enough and you will do it. Take a couple of hours time and try it non-stop. It is only the ones that are willing to sacrifice time and effort that will see results- Penis Enlargement, bodybuilding and every other aspect of their life. As I have read through the archives, kegels improve EQ and I believe that my problem days will soon be over! Nice monologue it was dammit! LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO

Well, first of all I suggest you get medical help, it's not normal... I guess it's either medical or psychological but must be treated before it gets worst. Do you have a girlfriend? Does that happen with her too?

Nah, it is not a problem. I went to a doctor and he said that it is mental most likely. However, since I started kegeling, I can see the results and know that it is not a medical problem. Thanks for the support and the response. :)
