Okay, so I never post here but I would like to share something that may help brothers that are very conditioned to break plateaus. I have been doing PE for about 15 years on and off since I first found out about it. WARNING THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS! One thing I've noticed is that I have a very adaptive dick, so I have to constantly change intensity and exercises to keep it guessing and make gains. DLD blew my mind when he brought bundles on the scene, I had tried them a few times before, but I was afraid I'd end up with a crooked dick so I never really pursued them until he put in the research. This is basically a bundled ULI with an expressive stretch, I will try to make it as simple as I can to explain. So you start about 40%-50% erect and bundle 3/4 to 1 turn and stretch (you don't want to bundle too much so there is room for expansion). Once you have a good grip right below the glans you ULI with the other hand and once clamped, you move it up about an inch or so and hold for a couple seconds. When done properly, you should see your CC andCS rotate about 90 degrees or more inside of the bundle. It will get more pronounced with each rep, and that's what you want to see. Do ten reps and then when you are on the tenth and you are engorged, clamp with both hands and pull all that you can get and hold for 10 seconds. Do this twice each way to start, then do some dry jelqs to simmer things down, you will be impressed with how much you just rocked your tunica.
On a side note, I would like to thank EVERY brother on here that contributes and doesn't get argumentative with everybody. I've picked up a lot of useful knowledge here, and DLD you are the man, you have helped so many and asked nothing in return over the years. Kind of a PE Jesus if you will.:cool:

Yeah it's pretty intense, I first tried it after my gains from clamping stalled out. Just use your better judgement, you don't want to over do this one because it will kill your eq. If done at the intensity that works well for you then it's pretty obvious because your eq will be through the roof.

There was a pretty long stretch where I did next to nothing and lost some gains, but about 18 months ago I decided to throw the kitchen sink at it and see what I could really accomplish. Been extending about four hours a day on average, bundles and some jelqing in the morning and when I get home from work, and clamping and/or pumping in the evening. Sprinkle in these bundled expressive ulis throughout the day as well. I've managed just over an inch in length and about 5/8" in girth. Needless to say I'm thrilled with the gains so far and this site really helped me with a plan of attack.LMAO

Hello my Brother! I actually think this exercise, while being advanced, could be very powerful. I will have to try its before I can clearly advocate but I will do that tonight and give you my feedback. I am in no way even close to Jesus (I wish I could be without sin), but I completely appreciate your comments. Twill get back to you on the exercise.

I thought u were against clamping?
 
There is no clamping involved with the exercise, just a ULI that is pushed up the shaft a little after you are bundled, I started these after clamping for a while and found they were better for me personally. Sorry if there was some confusion.

Hey did you get a chance to try these out yet DLD? I tried adding some SSJs with them last night, and the result was pretty impressive. The expansion using the combination of the two was better than I ever got from clamping. I think I'm going to stick with this combo for a while and see where it takes me.

I did some of these before doing a 5 minute bathmate session at 80 percent erect. Followed by jelqs and straight stretches. Then I did more of your ULI stretches. I'm impressed with the expansion. My tunica feels nice and expanded. I recommend anyone to do it with a well conditioned cock. I know I like this stretch a lot. Next time im gonna try the same routine but with slow squashed jelqs as well. Should be monster expansion then haha. Thanks to you dude512!

Awesome! You are just the type of person I thought these will be great for, well conditioned and looking for that extra boost to get gains restarted. I really hope they can benefit many people if used wisely.

I am very against clamping and this is why I advise extreme caution to those who will do it anyway.

I agree with you 100%, there are safer ways to expand which is why i tried this. I did get some gains from clamping but it is very risky so I'm not advocating it at all. That being said, I really feel that these lightly bundled ULIs are something worth pursuing if you have the conditioning. I'm not sure if im being misconstrued, but there is no clamping involved besides the ULI in this exercise.

Yup. I have tried to sway men from Clamping but there are some men that really believe in it and practice on a daily basis. In these cases I have no control over their actions so I try to at least give advice to be cautious and progressive in learning.

Im not sure its been a while size i measured i will have too do a few measurements when i have the privacy. But last time i checked i think i was around 7.5-7.75 inches long erected bone pressed and around 7 inches of girth at base.

Nice size and so close to the 8 inch dream cock
