Looks are nice, but this thread is about how it actually feels, not how it looks. I think I read somewhere that some girl said she likes when it can hit the sides... that would be in the favor of width, but you bring up a good point too, especially since the clit is the most sensitive spot.

it would seem to me width because you would split them open more and the walls are very sensitive, so that would be good. the clit would get over stimulated i would think
Now that I am larger I am rethinking it. My wife has begun to complain that it hurts a little. I must use lube and enter her slowly because of the increased thickness. I certainly like the looks of my size now but also hope it doesn't change my sex life.

Girth is pretty much girth when we're talking vaginal/anal penetration. Youre taking up the same amount of volume regardless of the width/depth of your penis.

I think LENGTH is just as important as GIRTH. For me LENGTH was the main reason I was able to reach the cul de sak in JEN. If I did not have proper length I would not be able to do this. Don't get me wrong, GIRTH is the joint but both have equal importance to me.

They are both important, but just think about this, a .25 inch girth gain is going to get more female response than a .25 inch length gain any day.

Well, seeing as how so much of sex is psychological, it seems that a nice wide dick look impresive and might translate into "feeling" good as well. As purely phsyical sensation, it probably varies a little from girl to girl, but I tend to agree with SWM that fat girth is fat girth.
I agree that length is also important, I was basing what I said about girth being important on what I read here about it affecting them more and surveys about it linked on here and such.doublelongdaddy said:

I would think that most girls fall somewhere in the 6"-6.5" range.
I know every girl is different, but there should be some kind of average, like there generally is for us. Not that we would know what that is... or we'd know exactly what we should pe to for optimal results for both parties, we don't want to hurt them (well, some might, with some of the goals out there... but I don't want to :s ). I just really don't want to get too big from pe, that would be horrible.
