hey guys , i need a good girth exercise routine to add to my enlargement program that is not too complicated , doesnt require any type of pills special lubricants or devices.
much appreciated :D
 
Update to how its been going with me and Penis Enlargement
its now been 2 weeks with my modifications, questions, answers, jelqing, wrapping,and video visuals one which i encourage to watch i put in my signature line
it has been going very well
tonight when i started my Penis Enlargement i didnt realize that the girth had increased so much that the blood flow increased errection size so tight it wouldnt fit in the base of the Penis Enlargement
im still keeping jelqing light 50 reps 3 second light burst warmup before jump in shower hot water conditioner made from natural gensing and ginkoba ingredients just part of the conditioner as lube
warm down wrap lightly just enough not to cut off the circulation
before all this ive done here on MOS i was just doing basic stuff like vitamins one handed masturbate not knowing of jeluing before the Penis Enlargement
my doc before all this tested my testosterone and it was low he gave me sample packs of a testosterone builder one thing us guys have to remember at the same time we finish puberty we finish testosterone
production it slows down or stops producing
testosterone is vital part of growing and i believe it is also one of the key factors that helped my regain my semi possible Errections from being ED i think its getting better this is a 2 week update
dont forget you have to take a day off or 2 to heal some
my flaccid relaxed sits at bout 3inch errect i managed to put on another inch measuring tape assured
This is 1rst day measure ment i have MS so i just easily strapped in and used a measuring tape to show stretch i have to work at getting it in to hardness cause my fingers does not want to close completly

my wife helps some when im having bad day she is very supportive and guys this is important to have a supportive partner its more pleasurable this way lol
in the end im not going to give up my manhood im going to keep truckin till i cant no more

I've been using traditional jelqing, ssj's, horse 440's and DLD bends twice a week and have been having amazing success! If ur a newbie I woudn't recomend these exercises though

Slow Squash Jelqs are a great stand alone girth exercise.

DLD.. would you care explain about Slow Squash Jelqs? how does it increase the girth more than length?

With the Slow Squash Jelq all pressure is directed between the two hands that are squashing. Since the direction is inward, the chances of gaining length would be tough. The SSJ is really an exclusive girth exercise.

The route you want to take will take a very long time to show gains. Girth work without devices works but the gains are way too slow to come.
