Hi guys!

So I have been doing well the last few months, but one thing I have noticed is i have started to lack sensitivity in the glans. Used to be no problem, but now I can really feel a difference. Is there any way to gain back the lost sensitivity?

I am cut, and before I would just do stretching by pulling behind the glans.. Now I grab the skin below instead, and I have stopped masturbating all together. (Cant stop from having sex a couple times a week though). Really want the sensitivity back, but not willing to stop PE..

What can I do?

hey dude , I only see you saying your doing stretching is there anything else in your routine? that may be adding to this issue?
also , do you do any kegels? they help with erection but for me and many others help with sensitivity and can increase that.
are you doing the stretches everyday?
stopping masturbation was a good call too and also where you were gripping from may also help.
I would suggest as you doing want to stop P.E either lower your routine a little , deffo add kegels in if you are not doing so already and give it a week or two . if they still doesn't help may have to stop all together and see if it gets better then. its kind of a trial and error to figure out what exactly is causing it.

In most cases we all lose sensitivity due to the constant handling of the penis through exercise. This is actually a good thing in the way that a man will last much longer during sex with a less sensitive penis. This may just be a slight loss of sensitivity, nothing big, just a toughening of the tissue, if not then I would try to find the culprit of the loss in sensitivity. Are you doing exercises that are running against the glans? Anything you possibly could be doing that is causing a "brush Burn" on the glans? Let me know and we can try to iron this out.

the brush burn on the glans is what I thought dld , when he said he used to be pulling from behind the glans but has moved his grip down so hopefully that fixes it for him . good advice too !

A bit of Bacitracin on the head will heal it up so much quicker!

I will be looking into this!

My routine was like this:

Switching between length and girth in the morning.
Length = 2 sets of 45 second bundled newbie stretches (Behind the glans), 2 sets of 30 seconds bundled newbie LM stretches, and 1 set og varying angles of erect clamped stretches.

Girth = Some clamping with Ulis, jelqs and SSJs. Different kinds of squeezes, and also some bends.

After ended length I would wrap the ace if I was just staying at home and was able to rewrap every 30 minutes. If not, I didn't feel comfortable walking around with it.


I see why loss of sensitivity is a good thing for most guys, but since I am cut, I already have loss of sensitivity from that alone. Minor loss added from PE is fine, just feeling like its getting to a point where its a bit too much. I must say I am not a fan of stretching with the grip further down the shaft, because it feels more like a skin stretch than a penile stretch. I have stopped masturbating and watching ����, and also stopped all girth work for now. Going to add kegels now too. I have also reduced my length work to only bundled newbie stretching with manual power.
Will give it a couple of weeks and see how I respond.
 
You could opt for a LengthMaster so that the head is not being touched at all, just strap in lower and wrap to the head. This will not only avoid contact with the head but it will also give you a ton more power in any stretching and allow you to do rolls and twists two handed. It is also a Hanger if that ever interests you.

This ddn't happen to me. I've not losed sensitivity at all. I'm lucky I guess.

I don't think there is any difference in mine. It has been the same way from the beginning till date.
There were times I lost some sensitivity but I got by them and today I gave all sensitivity back
