Extremely important as much to newbies as it is for veterans. Brothers need to understand that it took me 14 years to perfect this routine and there is something for everyone in it. If you have not read it do so, it will be the best PE education you could ever want.

Now what I was always confused about, when I edge and I stop right before the PONR should I do a Kegel or RK?

I tend to breathe through my mouth as well, pretty much the whole time, I could try to breath through my mouth if that helps.
And my thoughts tend to be all over the place and I'm thinking about different things that are going on in my life, even though I want to focus on the ���� and sometimes I do but sometimes I don't.

Even when I use my own imagination to do some Edging and am in the now, I still get this issue

This is something that is highly personal, some men find that the Kegel works best, others think Reverse Kegels work best, I feel a combination of the two is best. It is all about practice and finding the proper sequence to your Kegels/RKs.

Also note that if you're starting at the top, if you reach the PONR try using just your thumb and index and that'll ease it off but you'll still be hard. Also you can lower your grip lower to ease the sensation but still keep going. I'll give you a secret tip. Flex your abs when you feel the PONR. Try it and let me know what happened :)

just takes practice imo. normal jels. uli, and kegels can all build up your strength and endurance

Hello there . It's been a long time since i posted a thread but here i am now . I needed this break because lately i've had no success . So i decided to change my routine and after my huge gains i am willing to post this routine so you can try it too . For my last 2 months , before i started the new routine , i had no gain in length or girth . With my new routine i gained 1.5 cm in length and almost 0.40 in girth , in just almost 2 months . My old routine was with heavy sets , just once a day before my night sleep .

My Old Routine :
15 min. warm up
10 sets of stretch ( from 30 sec. first set to 60 sec . last 4 sets )
1 hour pumping ( 3 sets x 20 min . )
100 jelq ( divided into 2 sets between pumping )
40 min. edge with massage

So i splited my old routine in 2 and made small adjustments , so i can use it in the morning and before i go to bed .

Morning Routine :
20 min. wamrm up ( a hot bath )
5 sets of stretch ( left / right / up / down / out / a-stretch ) adding 5 sec. for each set ( 30 sec. first set - 50 sec. last set )
15 min. pumping
40 jelq
10 min. pumping
40 jelq
10 min. pumping
30 min. edge with soft and light massage

Before Bed Routine :
Same routine but instead of hot bath i use rice sock


Oh .. before i start i drink a hot green tea leafs with ginger root tea , honey and lemon .
For post workout i use the rice sock for another 10 min. and i apply sweet almond oil .

Tell me what are thoughts about my routine and give it a try . ;)

Congrats on your gains. Are you still actively training? What are your stats now?
