Hello there . It's been a long time since i posted a thread but here i am now . I needed this break because lately i've had no success . So i decided to change my routine and after my huge gains i am willing to post this routine so you can try it too . For my last 2 months , before i started the new routine , i had no gain in length or girth . With my new routine i gained 1.5 cm in length and almost 0.40 in girth , in just almost 2 months . My old routine was with heavy sets , just once a day before my night sleep .
My Old Routine :
15 min. warm up
10 sets of stretch ( from 30 sec. first set to 60 sec . last 4 sets )
1 hour pumping ( 3 sets x 20 min . )
100 jelq ( divided into 2 sets between pumping )
40 min. edge with massage
So i splited my old routine in 2 and made small adjustments , so i can use it in the morning and before i go to bed .
Morning Routine :
20 min. wamrm up ( a hot bath )
5 sets of stretch ( left / right / up / down / out / a-stretch ) adding 5 sec. for each set ( 30 sec. first set - 50 sec. last set )
15 min. pumping
40 jelq
10 min. pumping
40 jelq
10 min. pumping
30 min. edge with soft and light massage
Before Bed Routine :
Same routine but instead of hot bath i use rice sock
Oh .. before i start i drink a hot green tea leafs with ginger root tea , honey and lemon .
For post workout i use the rice sock for another 10 min. and i apply sweet almond oil .
Tell me what are thoughts about my routine and give it a try .
