i ham trying everything to avoid fluid rentention in BM but it doesnt go at all...
i aslo tried
1. reducing intensity
2. doing some streches , jelqs and bundled stretches before pumping

but the fluid doesnt go.....
what can i do to avoid it ???

this is one main reason that prevents my dick from expnading and hence effecting my gains
 
Try doing the manuals after pumping, the other way around gives more fluid to me.

i was doing that only.......then i tried manual before pumping...still not much of a difference......

With some people retention is just an issue that is a byproduct of girth work. This, in no way, means you are not making gain, it only means that amount the gains their is retention. I am really hoping that Bundled Stretches before training girth and after will work to allow the tissue to expand, due to the pre-stretched tissue, and allow less retention because of this. After training the Bundles will again further stretch the Tunica helping relieve any left over retention. I guess time will tell because a number of men are using this new development.
 
I had fluid retention problems at the beginning, and some may have been visually impressive, but I did not have any for a long time now, since 3 months (I use Bathmate every 2 or 3 days).

I think that was because I had slightly too long sessions. Now I'm used to press Hydromax at full pressure (max vacuum pressure... I regret I can not create even more vaccum with my Bathmate... for example I have a separate air vacuum pe tool and I can go above -10 mHg pressure without damage). So I keep my BM under shower for just 5 mins, not more, and said goodbye to fluid. Also, massaging or jelqing right after the session helped make the problem totally disappear.

will try these again today for 5 mins before pumping......i was doing them incorrectly previously...

Be sure to bundle in both direction, twists and pulls to the left and then to the right. It is important to keep symmetry in this exercise to avoid uneven gains.

what i do is....i hold right behind the glans and do one rotation.....then i stretch while keep other hand at base........i dont know if my skin is being twisted or inner shaft ???
i really dont get to know even my touching,
 
The tunica is going to receive the most stretching here, but you'll feel skin stretch too. When your grips are positioned try to wiggle free any tight skin to get it out of the way when you pull.

how can that be done ??? i have 2 hands u know.....lol
i have to use one them for gripping...
well i tried moving all skin back also but still it slides back.....
 
Give play to your grip til the tight skin is relieved. If. If you can't then just stretching regardless eventually the skin will give. I know you don't want to stretch your skin anymore, but its ok bro you'll fill it up with some bathmates later.

You are not twisting your skin, you are twisting the entire penis. Some guys can go 1 rotation and some can get up to 3.

I would try to get it just to the point where the penis starts to actually "bundle" up and change shape, like wrap itself up instead of staying straight while twisted. At that point hold and then apply tension until it straightens completely. Then apply more twist, then stretch, and so on for however long your set time period is.

I usually start with about 540 degrees of rotation and end at around 900. I use this method for about 10 minutes before my BM sessions. I also do SG bundles at 720 degrees of rotation, for 30 minutes in both directions before hand too. This has completely handled my former FR problems.

How the fuck do u manage to do it with the Sg ??? It's actually a pretty cool idea but doesn't the straps and wraps all slide when u twist ???

Nope, I use the ABS Silicone small sleeve, I fold that in half and put it right at the end of my glans. Combining that with the comfort strap it doesn't move hardly at all. I wrote about it in my progress thread and took a picture.

Yeah, the longer you get the more twists you can get in.

You have to make sure that you are entering the pump erect and also maintaining the erection inside the pump.
