Hallo to all fellows here..
This is my first post.I started to deal with the pe thing just one month ago.
I followed just a newbie routine.10-12 min intense streching all 5 directions and 10-12 min of heavy jelqing.2 days on 1 day off. 200 kegels during the day.
Started at 9-5-2005 at 6,4 inch erected length slightly pressed to the pubic bone and at 10-6-2005 I measured exactly at 7,2 inches erected length.)))
As for girth started at 5 inches and now is 5+1/5 of inch.
I suppose that some of the gains due to better erections but there are a lot of true gains here as I already have all this side effects of pe.Almost restored half my fore skin, my shaft looks much darker and my turkey neck increased badly...
Still I try to convince myself that this had happened.))))
I intend to keep this light routine for the next month too as to find out if this "less is better" is true.

Good going, Herman!! You will find out that the "less is better" is a trap, but give it a go and see if it works.
 
great gains Herman! question, did you restore your foreskin before pe or did this happen in the month of Penis Enlargement? just curious.

I would advise you to stick with what works for you until it becomes less effective.

Skin can be stretched easily, start working on that turkey neck and you will see results during your second month. Just a few 30 sec stretches 2-3 times a day is enough.

What are you using as lube for jelquing?. I remember with baby oil my skin got darker too.

I only restored some of fore skin....after pe.......
I use baby oil for jelqing.....
