The F2 Method for the Penis Shank!

The F2 Method is only for Penis Enlargement Profis, because that's very strong Exercises!

F2 (2 Fix points) or "twohand-streching" means that you pull the penis with the hand and use the 2. hand - seize the lower penis shank and press, so that the ligs are not pulled out. So you stretch the Penis and not the ligs! Here can you developed a larger strength as like the normal stretching.

But caution - it's an monster exercise and can fast lead to hurt! Thus begin slowly!

That this training strengthened works on the Penis Shank, is logical! Here's an example:
You want to stretched a leather cloth, which hangs on a rubber band. If you pulls on the end of the leather cloth, only times the rubber band is stretched and not the cloth. You would have to pull so extremely that the rubber band is brought to the end of its extensibility, before the leather cloth is stretched! Here it could lead however to damages of the rubber band! - Fastens you now the leather cloth to an end fix and pulls on the other end, then it exclusively comes to actual stretching of the cloth!

F2 Stretching or F2 Hanging is the same impact! For hanging bind your lower penis shank on your body (with medicine binds) and hanging. So you can borne larger weights and stretch only the shank. If it unpleasantly, hanging best forward!

Very good idea, Ronny! Thank you for sharing this. I will continue my normal routine, but plan on adding in this rendition to stretches in the near future.
 
Wow, I just thought of this: Many times, my stretching routine is very intense and after say...two days straight of the routine, my ligs are really sore when I first start stretching. If one were to alternate normal stretching (which targets mainly the ligs) and this F2 stretching, you could manage to stretch every single day while not "overtraining" the ligs. Good idea, huh?
 
i have sore ligs after 2 straight days of stretching as well, I wonder if i should take like a day off every two days, like if that will be best or just to keep stretching through it. ALL i usually hear is u can never stretch too much while flacid. Recovery days would sound correct to me, like weight lifting.
 
Tug Of War. Kind of like pulling on each of end the penis to stretch it out. One hand behind the glans, the other at the base and pull in opposite directions.

How do you get a good grip with the lower hand? I seem to be stretching the skin mostly.
 
I began with F2 after some years streching - so my skin was very elastic!
Pull back the skin on penis head and make the OK grip - the lower hand not pulls, just hold with strong OK grip or more fingers! Pull sidewards, so you have a good grip!

hey Ronny. I use the 'f2 stretch' as well. check my routine in my signature (which incedentally you add/edit using the 'User CP' at the top :))

Wouldn't this be like using a JES (or similar device) and ramping up the tension? Don't those devices stretch the penis between 2 points, as well?

and so does the JES...they are all different models of the same product (except for the AutoADS, which is somewhat different).
