Hi Guys,
I want to let you guys know that I've discovered something that works really well for girth, especially head girth and the first couple of inches below the head.
I discovered this by accident because as I was doing my kegals in the Bathmate, it got to the point where I was rubbing a raw spot on my coronal ridge. I had to have something that would protect the head as I was doing the session. I had remembered reading about Mike's idea of wrapping for extra girth and I thought that I might gain girth as a side-benefit, but I knew right now I just needed protection.
Its been two weeks now that I've done them every day. I'm more than impressed! I've gained extra girth on the shaft all the way up and the head has just gone nuts! I'm gaining width, length and depth on the head. Plus, I'm gaining incredibly fast on the coronal ridge. I'm sure doing the kegals has sped up the process, but I'd love to see some other people give these a try and see how they work whether you do kegals in the Bathmate or not.
What I did was this: I took a 7" long X 2" wide piece of ace wrap, and then I used an old piece of elastic from a pair of underwear that was 6" long X 1" wide. The ends of elastic piece are sewn to make a loop that will slip over the wrap. So, I put the wrap on loosely around my head. It only goes up about .50" above the coronal ridge, so its only partially covering the head. Next, slip the elastic over the wrap to hold it in place. The elastic should sit right below the head, (right where the donut usually builds with fluid) and hold the wrap snug. I'm not going tight with any of it. (Size the elastic piece for your size, don't go by mine)
If you go into the Bathmate erect, just put the wrap and elastic on and pump like you normally would. You'll notice your head size is bigger right away and when you come out of the Bathmate, there is much less fluid. It helps to keep fluid levels low (nice benefit). I go into the Bathmate flaccid so what I do its slip in for 5 minutes initially to bring my size up, then come out and put the wrap on, then back in for about 25 minutes.
My feeling is that its still good to pump without the wrap about every 4 to 5 sessions. I think this gives the tunica some different signals in its growth that can be a benefit.
I absolutely love this! I would not go back to pumping without the wrap now. I've also noticed since I started the wrap that the first 2" coming down from the head is growing like crazy as well. I feel this is an awesome technique for filling out the upper one third of the penis. See what you think, give it a try.
