Hey everyone. I've recently noticed that my penis can't get as hard/erect as it uses too. I think it is because all the stretching i've done.
The thing thats worrying me is that this will affect the measurment of my penis.
If this normal? Should i focus on kegels to fix this?

This is what is called Fatigue and it is a normal part of the enlargement process. As a matter of fact, when you are most Fatigued is the best time to stretch as there is little resistance from internal structures blocking the stretching capacity. Erection Quality is important so if you are having issues with this and want to gain better erections I suggest you give yourself more rest time between sessions. And, yes, Kegels will greatly help with harder erections!

Thanks dld. That made alot of sense, i've been exercising like a maniac for the last days.

It's a blessing for a lot of people. Sometimes the manual routines can be havoc if you're one like me(someone who get's an erection from the simplest of shit).

Just keep an eye on things. If you get worried about it after a while, you might throw in an edging routine.

it happened to me in the beginningwhen i started with stretching. The thing i noticed is, the body tends to build up tolerance once you increase intensity of stretching steadily. Like you i would get tired with <10 seconds of stretching in all directions and would have erection problems. But now, i'm okay with stretching for 30+ seconds with no loss in erection quality.

Just take it slow and stay consistent. To often people, myself included, go all out for a short time then something like this happens. You say ok ill take a lil break and the 6 months go by.

That's just what i noticed recently. I usually get hard after 10 seconds of stretching, now i could do about 30-60 seconds before i got hard.
 
Also guys. I have now gained some length and isn't too long from my goal. The problem is there is a big gap between my flaccid length and my erect lenght. My BPEL are 5.2" and my BPFL are 3.7. Is there any way to make this gap smaller, i feel so tiny but i am actually 0.3" under average.

What's your FSL?
Other than manuals, extending, and hanging. There is really nothing out there. It's just going to depend on how conditioned you are to get more intense routines going and how much time you have to dedicate to long term tensions.
FL is really dynamic though. I can piss and lose 1" or I can run and gain 1".

Some people report that they get a better flaccid hang using NO (nitric oxide) supplements like L-Citrulline. Just something to look in to.

Thanks for the reply. My FSL varies alot, sometimes it's 3.7 and sometimes 4 but not higher or lower. I will try some hanging exercises, hope it helps. :)
