Hey brothers,
I am new here, only 2 months in pe. And i own the bathmate xx30.
I am doing daily religiously bathmate sessions of 5 mins in bathmate, and 5 mins slow squash jelks. I see nice temporary gains . But the problem is with my erections that i lost . I used to do it with my girl 6 times a day. Sometimes even 3 times in a row! No stops after coming. But since i started pe after 1orgasm i just can't get him hard. It somehow creating frustration. Why is that? What is happening? Thanks.

Hello Alhanger and welcome to the Brotherhood. It sounds like you are experiencing fatigue. This happens when you overtrain. In most cases men are not as sexually active as you but I can still advise. Give yourself more time off between girth sessions. Girth training is what brings fatigue and fatigue will cause weak erections. In your case I would suggest getting your hands of some of the cheap Viagra, it will allow you to train daily and still have sex as much as you like.

i am training every day almost religiousy, after bathmate sessions i wear a cocke ring and edge( how long should i really keep the cockring? 2 hours is enough? cause many times i have to go out, and i dont really have the opertunity to remove and put it again for blood circulation), the bathmate will give me girth for sure, especially when i never did pe before, but am i gonna have length too? and if not, is after gaining girth i train length the penis gonna get skinny again?
i am starting with 6.3X5.1. month and a half in, love it!

Two hours is plenty of time to help cement, or make permanent, the gains you are making. No, length work does not cause the penis to become skinny, in both girth and length work the penis expands in all directions. In order to gain length you will need to do length specific exercises. A good routine for length can be found in the Newbie Routine or for more advanced techniques check out SRT.

i understand... i am focusing now on bathmate and any length gains will be welcomed. later on i may be targeting length. after a bathmate, i have a huge expansion till 5,7 inch and when with FR its hits 6.
are those measurments gonna cement if i keep , and if yes how long it will take. and another question is there problem with having FR( its anyway disapear after hours)? long term i mean.
and about length gains, there is temporary length gains straight after length workout? l

Nobody can say how long it will take to make those gains permanent,but if you keep training like this and wear the cock ring,it's not going to take a long time.We are speaking of months right now.4-5-6 months,maybe more,maybe less,it depends on a lot of things.Generally i would say if you keep training like this and stay consistent,in about 3-4 months you will be able to cemenet those gains and make them permanent.

Only in the flaccid state.Your erection won't be longer,but your flaccid will be.We use something to keep the flaccid elongated ( lightely stretched ) after the workout to train your dick to stay that way,and in the end your erection will grow too.

thank you man. about the FR is there any problem with it other then visually? will it slow results? i do the ssjs 5 mins and bathmate xx30 with full pump with the hand pump.
todayy had the length routinee in the morning, and did after them the erect streches with the bathmate, after i just kept it elongated with ACE rap i got from pharmacy, but i cantt keep this so lonG!
so basiclly gonna train length morning and girth evening, is there is any way i can do them both in one hour?

It's better to separate girth and length.Length in the morning and girth in the evening sound awesome.

DLD i was looking for an ADS, i want a cheap one, and one that doesnt need too much adjastment, came across this one ESL40 are u familiar with this product?

For 20 bucks there is not much risk. Give it a go, if you like it let us know. At 20 bucks there is most likely no place for discounts but like I said, cheap enough to try. I think a smarter move, if you have the SizeGenetics, would be the VLC. Aside from being the best connection for the SizeGenetics it is also a great ADS on it's own. Something to consider.

i read allot here, so i am familiar with the vlc which is mainly to restore forskin which i dont want ( love the bold look hahah). and i dont have sizegenetic right now, only the xtream bm. my next gonna be the LM.
as i said i did today my first length streches, and was in Uncle jim for 3-4 h. but now after doing my bm session i did not the same huge expansion i had every time! is there is any connection?

The VLC does NOT increase foreskin, it is an attachment for the SizeGenetics. The TLC is the foreskin restoration device.
