What I did to fatigue myself was Erect stretching 10 minutes and __________ stretch 10 minutes, then i did the rest of my stretches and bundles inbetween sets of stretches.

Lately i have been waking up whit erections n i tought that maybe would be ok to stretch the penis while im having the erection.

just stimulating my dick n starting a 10 mins session of erect stretching going from soft stretchings to more intense stretchings.

i think is quite possible to do that,just being cautious enough of not getting injured.what do you guys think:)


Besides i think can be useful for most bros here to know if that is possible,n not getting injured..

You cannot get any injury from doing erect stretches. You should do them daily. I do mine every night before going to bed.
