Lately i have been waking up whit erections n i tought that maybe would be ok to stretch the penis while im having the erection.

just stimulating my dick n starting a 10 mins session of erect stretching going from soft stretchings to more intense stretchings.

i think is quite possible to do that,just being cautious enough of not getting injured.what do you guys think:)


Besides i think can be useful for most bros here to know if that is possible,n not getting injured..

An erection is an erection. Might as well use it while it's there. I'd think being erect means you're warmed up enough anyway.

Warm up? Shiit, shortys a vet don't you know?
 
A warm up would just get things more prone to growing, so it would be more effective if you did. Then again, if this is just after waking up, assuming you use blankets, you probably already are. Really don't think you'd be at risk to injure yourself by skipping a warm up when you're pretty much warmed up already.

But you could grab a heating pad or pile on blankets over it for a few minutes to put yourself at ease.
 
What i meant is there's lower risk of injury, but your right always warm up (pre fatigue). Apart from that I always start the main sets gently, and climb as I feel the stretch. Engaging every gear is much how I get expanded

Warming up won't just make injury posibility lower,but it will make your workout 2x better and more efficient.When you wake up your penis is not warmed up,it's not loose,it's hard..it's like going to the gym and bench press 300 lbs right away with no warm up...it's a bad idea..in my opinion any exercise/routine/etc it's not going to be as good and as safer without a good warm up.Just my thoughts :) A 5 min warm up will benefit you so much.

Exactly. You're warmed up when you're erect.
 
Seems like plenty of different opinions. Which leaves it up to you.

I'd do it if I wanted length and had wood to stretch.
 
Well said its up to you. When I have a rager, jelqs are immediately applied to make use of the the heightened circulation. That alone will give me jelly, and makes bundles more fun. After taming the abomination, it is time...for bathmates [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words]. Which makes the beast too powerful so you must contain it using clamps

That is just fine, there is no warm up needed for erect stretching. And also, 10 minutes is a perfect amount of time.

D and others here are the vets whit amazing gains.im not at their ""level"" i would be doing things but experimenting is like a privilege these days..n i want to make sure most things are going to work efficiently..

besides i cant afford an injury,i have this goal kind of thing for dec 31st..no room for mistakes:)

Best to do at end of girth session since an erection is easily available. I usually do them in a separate routine all together. But, whenever you do them matters little, what matters is you do them. The fastest way to close the gap between erect bone pressed gains and bone-pressed flaccid length is erect stretching.

What I did to fatigue myself was Erect stretching 10 minutes and mandingo stretch 10 minutes, then i did the rest of my stretches and bundles inbetween sets of stretches.

You cannot get any injury from doing erect stretches. You should do them daily. I do mine every night before going to bed.
