As the title says, have any of the Elist implant vets used pumps(bathmate) for more girth or stretchers (Phallosan/Sizegenetics) for more length after the implant has healed and the capsule is formed? I spoke with Elist and he did not recommend pumping but said that stretching is no problem. Just want to know if anyone had success with pumping with the implant.

its unfortunate that you got an implant and are still unsatisfied with your girth, but I would listen to your doctor. If he says no pumping don't do it. You probably could get it removed and pump past your current enhanced size, but it takes lots of time... I really don't think you should get a bigger implant. Plus you could still gain some girth inadvertently from stretching.
 
I don't have an implant, I'm just curious on whats possible if i were to get one. Im not getting much results from PE because i have a ridiculously stubborn tunica. Ive tried Length master, Phallosan, Sizegenetics, bathmate and all the different routines over the years… I'm probably part of a minority of slow/no gainers so my experience is rare

Wow I hate hearing this and I feel for you my Brother. There must be an issue with intensity or the lack of. For most men who do not gain they are lacking in intensity of form but I know you have the form down, I would say it is an issue with intensity.

how often are you doing pe? what is your routine like?
 
Give us a complete rundown of what you are doing so we can evaluate it for you. Give us exercises, time spend, how much intensity, equipment, etc. Maybe we can spot something in your program that may help you start gaining.
