Hi, guys i'm starting now on this forum,and before i begin using the thecniques a have a question:
After jelquing ,stretching exercises, can i ejaculate or this would regret the results?
You guys who have achieved gains used to jerk off after doing the exercises??:(
 
There are lots of people who think ejaculation hurts gains. People still gain if they ejaculate afterwards, but observational studies one Penis Enlargement boards show those who do gain less. No experiments have been done so it's impossible to say for sure.

i seem to rememebr reading a post by DLD a while ago,that he reccomends doin ya girth routine(jelque etc),then masterbate,then stretch.his theory was along the lines that after masterbation,the penis is more relaxed an more likely to stretch better.this is what i do,an i have gained,altho theres no way to tell if i cud have gained more if i hadnt ejaculated.?:(
 
My opinion is pretty much the same as always...We do penis enlargement to get a bigger penis, the reason (for most of us) is sex. Now, doing girth is allot of work and at the end of a session most men are at the largest. I know I am and I could not think of a better time to have sex than at my biggest. Even today being single I will masturbate directly after girth work.

A newer concept that has been kicked around quite a bit is the fatigue factor (the soreness you are talking about) Myself, and a few other guys believe that this is the best time to stretch the penis. The reasons I have, in short order, are:
1.) My penis feels more pliable at this time. The stretching feels more malleable, and I believe this is the best time to stretch as my penis will elongate easier.

2.) The concept behind DLD Blasters and the reason they work so well for so many men is the fatigue factor. When the penis is in fatigue I believe the PC muscles are in fatigue also. The reason this is good for length work is the human reaction factor.

A normal, subconscious reaction to pulling on the penis is a PC muscle reflex. This reflex happens to prevent the penis from being injured, something that is hardwired in most men. The brain fears injury therefore the PC muscles flex to eliminate the possibility of injury. The problem with this is that the most vital part of the penis is not being stretched, the ligaments. The one thing that stands between the ligaments and penis is the pelvic floor muscles. Although this is a good reaction to true trauma, it is debilitating in Penis Enlargement as we need to stretch the ligaments to gain length. So fatigue of the pelvic floor muscles means the barrier between ligament and penis is joined and stretching becomes much more productive. Fatigue, in Penis Enlargement, is our best friend. The less the PC muscles react the more our Ligaments are stretched.

I see your theory, but the cock grows because you force the blood in the area,so,after cumming,wouldn't your cock have much less blood circulating??

After reading this, I'm thinking about changing up my routine from:
1) stretches
2) jelqs
3) kegels

to:
1) jelqs
2) kegels
3) stretches

which I'm thinking would tire out the PC, benefiting the stretches. The only problem would be the grip (or lack of!) for stretching after wet jelqs. I'll give it a shot tonight though, and see how it goes!
 
DLD i kinda understand that its good to stretch after masturbating because the penis is more malleable thus making better length gains.... So in this case are you suggesting that as Penis Enlargement'ers to gain better length we should masterbate than stretch....

From what I have read this has become the recent consenses.
